They made sure she was comfortable and even gave her prizes, a popsicle and a blow up balloon animal at the end of everything. I asked several times for paperwork showing everything they were stating wasn't insurance fraud to no avail. Mistakes happen but clearly communicating and proving without a shadow of a doubt that fraud was not a factor should be easy for a reputable business. Clearly this dentist office is not that. Three out of the four fillings we had done to our child failed within five months of the procedure. Which caused us to have our dentist extract those 3 pediatric teeth. Recently when seeing our primary dentist they informed us that the final filling that was left from the dental work was done improperly and needs to be redone. We called the practice about them examining the tooth and the front desk said they would, but there would be a consult fee for it. We spent approximately $4500 dollars for the work and the anesthesia combined. It's very disappointing they won't check on their own work where they made a flaw without charging a fee. Do not come to this practice. Would give this practice 0 stars if it was an option.
