Best Dentist Appointment I've ever had!…read more All of the staff were wonderful! From the doctor to the receptionist! All wonderful people! The office was nice and super clean with medical grade air purifiers. My dental hygienist (Kristy) was so sweet and it was the first time my mouth wasn't sore after a cleaning. I've already called my family for them to book their next appointments. The office had pictures of the Loretto Chapel and the stairs that were built. It was a cute detail!

They are all so sweet and welcoming. Dr. Mackey is well experienced and is great at explaining things. For nearly all of my visits. I have had Lindsey clean my teeth who was super sweet and gentle. My last visit I had Amanda who was welcoming and super thorough! It was slightly uncomfortable, but i appreciate her thoroughness. For cleaning flavors. I recommend the birthday cake! During the visit, there's a small waiting room with a tv and keurig. In the cleaning rooms, there's a tv on the wall and ceiling to make time go by. At the end, you get a goody bag with a new toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste.

Dr. Patel, DDS, is straightforward, confident, and refreshingly honest. No pressure, no nonsense, just excellent work. I literally drive out of my way to come here and would do it again. Usually the front desk staff are rude but here, the dentist, front desk staff, dental hygeinist are all amazing. The dentist is not a car salesman. He recommends treatment and it's up to you to take it or not. No pressure. I did not think he was conservative either. Sometimes I go to a dentist and I went for a cleaning but he tries to get me to get a lot of procedures that maybe pure cosmetic but not medically necessary. Make this your next dentist office home.

This place is a joke and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They push crowns like crazy when not necessary…read more Went in for a cleaning but never received one. Instead, it was a bunch of X-rays only to say a crown on all 32 teeth was necessary/an emergency for a grand total of $32,000! And they wouldn't do a cleaning until committing to at least "the one crown that was an EMERGENCY". It was a 2.5 hour waste of time for them to come up with a $32K "treatment plan of crowns on all teeth". I've had better experiences buying a car! Got a second opinion to learn one crown is needed but not an emergency at all and a full mouth of crowns would look awful.

The entire staff is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful--they truly go above and beyond to make both parents and kids feel at ease. Dr. Dean is exceptional. He's personable, calm, and has a natural way of connecting with children. My little one went from being anxious to actually excited about coming to the dentist! The office itself is thoughtfully designed with kids in mind--intimate and cozy without feeling crowded. The waiting room has iPads to keep kids entertained, and there's even a drawer full of toys for them to choose from after their visit. Inside the treatment rooms, TVs are mounted on the ceilings so kids can watch their favorite shows while getting dental work done--such a brilliant touch! Plus, the rooms are secluded for added comfort and privacy, and everything is spotless. We also opted into their in-house dental package instead of using traditional dental insurance, and it's been one of the best decisions we've made--affordable, transparent, and comprehensive. Highly, highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for a top-tier pediatric dental experience!

Neither of them exactly love the dentist but after our first visit here the girls actually enjoy coming back! We haven't had any cavities or any procedures done so I can't speak to that but one of my truest tests of dentists are if they jump to a procedure, or if they are more of a "wait and watch" person. Any dentist that will jump to a procedure will make me jump offices. So if that doesn't work out for us I will be sure to update this review! So far I don't love any of the hygienists. I LIKE them all and they are all nice but I expect more (the other office I came from in another state I feel like they went above and beyond and they were just amazing with the kids, over here it doesn't feel that way). BUT we do really love Dr. Whittington. He is patient, gentle and kind and explains everything to both the kid and the parent! My 3 year old isn't the easiest to deal with and she didn't want to sit in the patient's chair so he had her sit on my lap and lie back on a tilted board and she did great that way and he was able to brush, polish and get the fluoride varnish without her being mad! That is a win in my book.

I was previously a patient at this practice after my husband had a positive experience here…read morefollowing his wisdom teeth removal. He has no significant dental issues, but unfortunately, my circumstances have been more complex. During a procedure, the dentist inadvertently damaged my front bridge--an expensive restoration that had been carefully placed by my previous provider in Seattle. While I understand that accidents can happen, what deeply concerned me was the way the situation was handled. Rather than acknowledging the damage or offering an apology, the dentist allowed me to leave the office without telling me it was damaged; I had to discover it at home. When I later addressed the issue, I was offered a minimal "repair". Unfortunately, the "repair" left the bridge with a very noticeable permanent defect. Based on this experience, I am not confident recommending this office to others.
