Sod Install 1,000 sq ft…read more Our front yard was in very bad condition, no grass, mud pit. I called 3 companies for quotes. First company gave us a quote that was double compared to the 2 other quotes. Mo n grow was comparable in cost to the 3rd quote that we received. We decided to go with Mo and Grow because of the excellent communication skills with the owner Teno, he was able to give me the quote the very same day that I called him, and we were able to Schedule our sod install for the next day. The crew arrived right at the time they said they would. Very professional crew, very thorough and quick, the front yard took less than about four hours. Excellent cleanup. Afterwords Teno the owner personally came by and looked at the yard and said to not hesitate if I have any questions as far as watering schedule or anything I'm concerned about. We will be getting our backyard done in the spring and will definitely and only be using Mo n Grow for all of our lawn care and soil projects. I've included the picture of what our yard looks like before, here is a picture of eight days after install. Please please please use this company and you'll see exactly why my husband and I are so thankful that we found Mo n Grow.

Just absolutely terrible quality. We only requested that our grass be cut in our backyard. Upon…read morecutting the grass, the workers left severe track marks from their machines, moved items out of place (which they did not move back), and did not even have the courtesy to close our gate (we have 2 dogs that could run out). On top of all this, they blew a whole load of grass onto our tree ring and absolutely ruined the aesthetics of it. Granted, they disclosed after the fact that bagging the grass would cost an additional $10 (we assumed bagging the grass would be a given). Our lawn actually looked better prior to these people coming in to cut it. If I could rate them fewer stars I would. Teno (who I very much find to be a great agent) was very professional over the phone and did not charge us for our service. However, given the actual quality of the work, we couldn't recommend to anybody.

We laid it Saturday. It looks terrible. Chat GPT says 85% of it is dead. Mr. Keck can't see why I'm upset and told us to wait 30 days and THEN he'll replace it. I paid FULL price for high end sod. What I got was taken advantage of. I should have a lush green back yard and instead what I have is an ugly disaster and Mr. Keck thinks it's reasonable for us to wait 30 days for it to look better. What a JOKE! He even hung up on me when I called him and just tells me "to wait." No sir, I will not wait. I paid for quality sod and that's most certainly not what he sold me. Such a shame. If giving zero stars was possible that's what the rating would be. My interaction with this company…read morewas with a guy by the name of Daniel and he is a bad representation of this company. I added a picture of how he spoke to me after the roofer he sent out left our home. Bad business no customer service whatsoever. Adding to this review as we were sent a Cease and Desist letter telling me to change my review. My entire interaction with Daniel from Absolute was captured via text message. I've attached pictures. I will not be bullied by someone who is in the wrong, the owner of absolute and their lawyers can simply read the text messages on the phone Daniel uses and they can see the entire interaction. Not once did we speak on the phone so nothing will be missed. I also added a picture of the cease and Desist demanding us to include additional details to this review details that has always been in my review, again if the lawyer or the owner of absolute read the review it has always shown that yes someone did come out. Daniel also refused to provide me a report pictures attached prove this. Our HOA contacted Absolutely roofing on our behalf and Daniel/Absolute got my contact information from my HOA let it be known I never contacted Absolutely roofing construction first. Daniel messaged me asking me to send pictures of the leak which I did. Someone was sent out later that day around 3pm, the person sent over could not communicate with us for some odd reason he did not say a word other than "check roof" after we opened our door. I mentioned this to Daniel so my story has always been the same, the text messages pictured proves this. After showing the absolute employee to our attic he left our home and we did not hear anything else further. I texted Daniel to ask for any information as the employee did not communicate anything to us. With me asking I was immediately met with condescending and rude comments by Daniel you can also see how he responded to my simple question in the texts below. I stand by my statement Daniel is a terrible representative for this company and this is a very fair and FACTUAL review as the text messages prove this.

Their crew is very inconsiderate to residents around work sites. For multiple days over the past 5-6 months they blocked alley and driveways of neighbors with vehicles, equipment, piles of dirt, rock and sand. When asked to move vehicles or supplies the crew acted like they didn't understand English and when my husband asked in Spanish they were offended asking why are you speaking in Spanish. They could have parked on the street or used the home owners driveway for equipment but just to make it convenient for them the rest of us are inconvenienced.
