The brisket & pork ribs were melt in your mouth tender! No knife required. The chopped brisket was moist and perfectly sauced, served on a delicious potato bun. The staff were all very friendly. This is definitely not a place to sit at if you don't have to. Very small inside and not much to look at. Now, weather permitting sitting outside and admiring their smoker might be a good option.
