Without a doubt the worst experience I've had in the last 10 years as a successful GC. Most of my…read morecrew has been with me for at least 7 to 8 years. I know how to treat my guys right, how to clearly communicate with them and I pay within a day or two day their jobs being completed. I've never experienced such incompetence as with Elevate. Every upper cabinet was made to the wrong size, they were hung at the wrong height and were three weeks late. one of my crew who helped them measure and layout the dimensions is a math genius. He adds fractions and does complex figures in his head and is always spot on. Elevate claimed they got the wrong figures from him (even though they were on site when the measurements were taken). They lied, claiming certain details were never communicated. They had terrible communication between themselves (the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing). Their photos and website look great. Don't get sucked in!

My cabinets were delivered by Shannon & his helper who were both also very attentive to providing an extraordinarily pleasant & smooth customer service experience. I am very pleased with the quality of the RTA Koville cabinets I purchased. They are well-built, sturdy & beautiful. I am very happy with my purchase & will be shopping at this location again. We needed it to be done in a manner that met our high standards and done in a reasonable amount a time as a member of our household is disabled and we wanted to keep disruption to a minimum. From start to finish, we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to getting every aspect of the project just right even when initial work did not come out just right. They took our requirements and turned them into reality, and the quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Not only is the finished space beautiful and exactly what we envisioned, but the ICO team was also a pleasure to work with throughout the process--keeping things clean, communicating clearly, and staying on track. My mother is pleased and relieved. We are absolutely thrilled with our remodeled home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch work. Thank you to ICO again for a job well done!

Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. See before and after photos. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.

Joe submitted a very professional bid, complete with detailed drawings and computer mockups; he asked lots of questions, and before finishing the cabinets, checked with me many times with details about the cabinet he was building. For some ancillary work that needed to be done to accommodate the new cabinets, Joe recommended other craftsmen, all of whom did exemplary work as well. Our finished cabinetry is exactly what we hoped for; this company is the best we have ever dealt with for custom cabinetry.
