I am waiting for them to open as I type this. I am very DIS-SATISFIED with my purchase. I really want to quit smoking cigs, but after my experience yesterday and the kit I purchased, its not going to happen. I spent $85, which is a LOT at one time for me, and the service I got was basically....throw it in a bag and ring me up. The guy didn't show me how to use it, nor how to fill it....hell, when I was looking at vape to put into the istick, he was giving me my total at the register. He did not offer to let me try any vape, nor did he recommend anything. Very strange. Must not work off commission. I cant even tell you how much nic is in this vape, as I don't know what the numbers mean on the bottle. VERY disappointed, and other than going to get some explanations today (and my receipt that was never given to me yesterday), I will not be back at this store. Seriously. He didnt offer to punch my card, or even tell me about the drawing for a steer bbq grill. poor poor poor service. Wish you could give less than half a star, unless you are looking for smok products, or old stale juice do not even bother coming in. Staff is very idiotic only knows old smok such as the alien, or tfv12 king. Save your time and money just go to Chaney's or any other vape shop in the area. read more

I wrote a review about a year and a half ago, it was 4 stars. I'm upgrading to 5 stars now. While their prices are higher than what I'm used to I also live in El Paso which is generally cheaper than Dfw, I went today got a blueberry redbull and it tastes exactly like the drink, and a peppermint that makes me think I'm eating a candy cane. I wanted another tank for my istick pico and instead of simply selling me the more expensive tank he explained that that the super-tank (can't think of the brand) would be better as my mod only has 1 battery and the tank can use multiple coils. As a side note the co-owner is an old school Vietnam Era marine so if you're a vet you can share some stories while you test flavors. read more

This store when it first opened was really great! Now they argue with customers and fight coworkers in front of costumers! The first time I had a bad experience I gave them the benefit of a doubt but now after multiple times of horrible service they are not the place I will spend my money at or recommend! I was a the gas station and watched this older women come out acting a fool to a friend of mine... I gave him a call and he told me he was treated like he owed them a bunch of money and was spoken to horribly! Don't waste your time here! read more

This was my first experience in a vape shop and the owner made it my worst. The previous day I spent over $150 and one of my cartridges did not work, so the same day I called back up there to speak with the ladies who helped me and they said the owner would take care of me the next day. When I arrived the next day the staff was less than pleasant and the owner didnt want to take care of the issue. Long story short I'm never shopping here again. I'd rather drive or travel to Vegas to get good service and products than go up the street from my house for trash service. read more

Today I went to the location in waxahachie, and told the employee what coil I needed. He grabbed them and I asked if they were the right ones and he said yes. I get home to change my coil and come to find out they don't fit. He was also extremely rude and kept trying to rush me out of the store. Will not be back. read more

Excellent selection with knowledgable and friendly staff. Even if you're new to vaporizing you'll leave satisfied. I witnessed it first hand with the couple who arrived before me. The stores prices are lower than average, and they have great flavors and accessories. Do yourself a favor and stop in. I'll definitely return when I'm in the area! read more

First of all, I have been to 7 different vape shops. Lou was great and the other young lady ( I'm sorry I cannot remember her name but) she was great as well. Texas Quitters has always been friendly and had service with a smile, but wow I was impressed. I'm no push over when it comes to what I like. Im in sales and customer service as well. That was money and for the service time well spent. I also suggest the Jamaican Rum flavor. read more

Went in for the first time to check out the shop. Huge selection and the young lady working was nice. I was hopeful until I saw the prices. Ridiculously over-priced! They had an RX-200 for $99. I bought mine at another shop for $60. I could go on with comparisons but all the mods were 30% to 40% higher than other B&M shops. My daughter bought some coils for her tank anyway. When she got home, she realized they had sold her the wrong coils. She went back a couple days later with the coils and the receipt to ask for an exchange or a refund. An older guy was working this time who claimed to be the owner. He was condescending and accused my daughter of scamming him by returning coils she got elsewhere (even tho she had the receipt). After belittling her repeatedly, he finally gave her a partial refund and told her to get out. Boycott this place. Horrible customer service. Picking on a 19 year old girl like that. You should be ashamed. read more
