I quickly came to the decision to move out as I did not trust that I would be treated fairly as a tenant. I received my security deposit late (beyond 30-days) and had to follow up and engage them. I also had to dispute some charges. I had to seek council regarding a refusal to pro-rate the final rent payment from the agreed move-out date on the written notice. In the end they refunded my required funds, but I can't help but think of how many past tenants were taken advantage of. I noticed that they respond to feedback on here and try to pass blame to the person submitting a review. maybe they should look internally and consider adjusting their business model instead of focusing on their bottom line.
