What I can say is that I canceled after what I viewed as a difficult series of interactions with the owner. Read his opening on Yelp, that the customer is not always right. I felt that his lack of professionalism and multiple attempts to change the price, combined with his inability to meet a schedule agreed to a month in advance indicated that his management style and approach to business were not something I had confidence in. She decided to have this shithole company detail my car and let me tell you my car was anything but pristine!! To start things off, they gave her the runaround on scheduling. Once they finally made it out to the house an employee (not sure of name) PRETENDED to detail my vehicle. As you can see from the pictures whoever was "cleaning" my car might as well have been blind. Every seat was covered with black marks which weren't even there to begin with. Seriously it looked worse than before!! Once we saw what a terrible job had been done we called to explain our disappointment as my mother was charged $200 dollars. It was extremely hard to get in touch with the owner. It was as if the owner didn't want to deal with it. Absolutely NO accountability was taken and they told my mother "Ma'am we can't be perfect". They then offered to come back and fix what was missed but after the disrespect they weren't getting any more of our time. You would think a business that has clearly had some success in the past wouldn't be acting as if they have zero customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy. After they treated my mother how they did they are now on my shit list. You will be wasting money and time on a company that absolutely does not deserve it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Totally exceeded my expectations, got the film off, corrected the paint, got new PPF on the front, and ceramic coated the rest of the car. Results are amazing, looks basically brand new. I especially appreciate their flexibility - I wasn't sure I wanted new PPF, so didn't opt for that until they had already started work. They adjusted the schedule and got everything done. Wish I had done this years ago, highly recommend Paragon. They take amazing pride in their work, and will take great care of your car.
