Each week my pickup date was extended, for either the same reason as the previous week or another excuse, long after my rental car expired. They stopped answering my calls, wouldn't allow us to pick up my car and take it elsewhere because it was in pieces. After MANY phone calls and frustrations, I got my car back. It looks great so the work was good, but it smelled terrible, like dirty carpet, and there are spider webs in my car regularly now and the door frames were full of dirt and leaves after being left open outside for so long. There was no sense of urgency to return ANY of the hail damaged cars and our frustrations fell on deaf ears. I tried to use a local business, but will NOT consider Bulldog Bodywerks for any future repairs.

The owner was made aware of the situation and refuses to make it right. My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner. Once again this place is unprofessional in the way they handled not only our situation, but others just like it.
