This was literally the worst medical experience I have ever had. I came in with a running injury…read moreand I was told to stop all lower body workouts, to stop running during the treatment, and to consider retiring from running entirely (I am not even 30 and have never had an injury before this). Dr. Bussey never even asked to see my running form! I would always have to wait at least 20 minutes minimum (up to 45 minutes once) to see him. He never made adjustments to my treatment plan and when I told him of new pain, he would dismiss it, blaming it on my lifestyle choices without asking about them (though I did the same lifestyle choices with no pain prior to the injury). Due to not working out my lower body, I actually got worse by the end of my time with him. He had an attitude that gave me the impression he was disinterested and burnt out and every time I would tell him about my new pains, he would dismiss them, so I never returned. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHYSICAL THERAPIST. I did like the front office girls and the techs - that is the only redemptive part of the experience. If you are looking for amazing Physical Therapists, GO TO PROMOTION!!! Promotion Physical Therapy has a Stone Oak location as well as many others throughout San Antonio. I went to them a few months after my time with Dr Bussey where I couldn't even tolerate sitting for more than 45 minutes (at its worse, I couldn't even last 10 minutes - like I said, I got WORSE under Dr. Bussey's care). It turns out I was a "complex case," but Dr. Oliva and Dr. Papke who were both assigned to my case took the time to sit, listen, constantly reassess, and explain what was going on. I have predominantly worked with Dr. Papke, and I am so grateful for how kind, validating, and competent he is. I no longer have daily pains & am slowly upping my running volume, which I have been trying to do since my injury in November!

The one on one with physical manipulations was helpful. New to ATI, Randall Kinslow began a series of different physical manipulations to address my leg, hip and back pain. This began easing pain and stress to my body. Also considered other issues such as a difference in leg length and solution to address this as a cause of some of my foot, knee, leg, hip and back pain. In march I had my first of two knees replacements. I had Dr. Kaiser, who was amazing! We met…read moreseveral times to make sure I was ready for the replacement. He showed my the x-rays, which show extensive damage. The surgery center and staff were great. I had no fears or concerns go into my first surgery or my second. They had my up and walking before I went home. Dr Kaiser's office staff was on the ball about getting me all the meds I needed before my surgery and after when I would run out. I meet with his PA-C Michael LeDoux after the surgery's and got the all clear. I am now 8 months out on my left knee and 3 months out on my right knee. I did PT for my left knee and I am doing PT for my right knee know, almost finished. I feel a 100% better then every. I have gotten my quality of life back. I am able to do more and more every day. I wouldn't change anything about my surgery or recovery. I just don't know why I waited so long!

Prior to shadowing him, I had heard that he was a brilliant doctor but it really wasn't until I started shadowing him that I got to know just how good he really is. This man oozes professionalism. His demeanor when dealing with customers is very welcoming, patient and comforting. I know that patients coming to see a doctor want to be treated with importance and be confident that they are really getting the best care. That is the feeling I got when I saw his patients interacting with him. I've seen him correct the mistakes other surgeons have made with his patients. I've seen him go head first and without hesitation clean the feet of an elder gentleman with advanced diabetes when he could have had one of his nurses do it for him. In the past, I have come across and heard of many doctors who look dissatisfied with their job and desensitized to the plight of their patients but Dr. Sayeed restored my faith in doctors and replenished my desire to enter the medical field. This man very clearly loves his job and he gave me the perfect example of how I need to deal with my patients once I start taking them. As dramatic as this sounds, I'm writing this now after just thinking about how my experience by his side has changed my views and life for the better. Since that first…read morevisit Dr Sayeed has done joint replacement surgery on both my shoulders and both my knees due to severe bone on bone joint disease I am very happy that I chose to have Dr Sayeed do all of my surgeries. He is professional yet warm and explains things in a way that anyone can understand. He also shows you the X-rays and MRI's and explains to you what you are seeing and then discusses options with you. The surgeries were not without hiccups,they never are, but there was never any doubt in my mind that the outcome would be less than discussed. Dr Sayeed did not know until my first surgery that I was a retired nurse, it made no difference. I wish other doctors and their staff could take a page from his office standards and understand that it's not just the clinical part that needs to be excellent but the people interaction also makes a big difference in the healing process. I do not hesitate to refer people to Dr. Sayeed and have on several occasions (including my son). He is an excellent surgeon, doctor and person. I hope this information helps you.

Jalen Ferguson was filling in for him because Dr. wetz was on vacation. The receptionist said "she was told not to tell anyone it would be a different DR." which seems weird because even a family dr, dentist or eye dr will say "your dr is not available but we have appts with so and so". Even as a HAIRSTYLIST, we let the clients know someone else will be seeing them. There are so many things that can go wrong during a chiropractic appt and i take these appt very seriously. My husband has never met Dr. wetz So he didn't question the doctor. Both my kids said the adjustment was painful and he used a lot more force than Dr wetz. I did a lot of research before deciding to see Dr. wetz last year. He was highly recommended by cornerstone church. I would never just walk into a random clinic and let someone adjust my neck before having complete trust. 5 years of treatment vs the decades that Dr. wetz has been in the business is very different. I was told to ice their necks and back. THAT'S the remedy for this complete lack of judgement on their end. I'm so upset we weren't informed ahead of time and that the receptionist Mia could care less. I find it hard to believe Dr. Wetz would tell the receptionist to keep it a secret but if he did shame on him!! The receptionist said if we didn't want to be adjusted by the new dr we could have left. Which also seems inconsiderate since we took my son out of school early and my husband left work to make that appt. Extremely disappointed!! Also, the receptionist was charging me full price for my appts and not filling my insurance for the longest time. I had to really put my foot down for her to do it correctly. I don't know if she was lazy or just didnt know how to do it but they need to get it together. She really is terrible, careless and rude
