I am a medical student and I had the amazing opportunity to shadow Dr. Sayeed in his clinic and in…read morethe surgery room about three years ago. Prior to shadowing him, I had heard that he was a brilliant doctor but it really wasn't until I started shadowing him that I got to know just how good he really is. This man oozes professionalism. His demeanor when dealing with customers is very welcoming, patient and comforting. I know that patients coming to see a doctor want to be treated with importance and be confident that they are really getting the best care. That is the feeling I got when I saw his patients interacting with him. I've seen him correct the mistakes other surgeons have made with his patients. I've seen him go head first and without hesitation clean the feet of an elder gentleman with advanced diabetes when he could have had one of his nurses do it for him. In the past, I have come across and heard of many doctors who look dissatisfied with their job and desensitized to the plight of their patients but Dr. Sayeed restored my faith in doctors and replenished my desire to enter the medical field. This man very clearly loves his job and he gave me the perfect example of how I need to deal with my patients once I start taking them. As dramatic as this sounds, I'm writing this now after just thinking about how my experience by his side has changed my views and life for the better. If you don't have him as your orthopedic surgeon, you are doing yourself a disservice.

Since that first…read morevisit Dr Sayeed has done joint replacement surgery on both my shoulders and both my knees due to severe bone on bone joint disease I am very happy that I chose to have Dr Sayeed do all of my surgeries. He is professional yet warm and explains things in a way that anyone can understand. He also shows you the X-rays and MRI's and explains to you what you are seeing and then discusses options with you. The surgeries were not without hiccups, they never are, but there was never any doubt in my mind that the outcome would be less than discussed. Dr Sayeed did not know until my first surgery that I was a retired nurse, it made no difference. I wish other doctors and their staff could take a page from his office standards and understand that it's not just the clinical part that needs to be excellent but the people interaction also makes a big difference in the healing process. I do not hesitate to refer people to Dr. Sayeed and have on several occasions (including my son). He is an excellent surgeon, doctor and person. I hope this information helps you.

From allowing us to do pay-ahead billing to greeting us by name on each and every visit, Forte was fabulous. A few additional items of note. First, unlike most clinics that have a small window overlooking a parking lot, Forte has huge picture windows overlooking a beautiful golf course. Outside the windows you'll see squirrels and birds such as hummingbirds and even brilliantly red cardinals. You might even see a few duffers hacking away and tearing up the turf. Second, parking is easy and plentiful - we never had an issue finding a space right up front. One other thing to mention - their hours. Forte has, at least in my experience, rather late hours. My wife had a couple of appointments where she didn't leave until 5:30PM. The entire staff is amazing. Thank you Sonja for being kind and compassionate to my wife's needs not to mention your patience in dealing with her language barrier issues. Rachel, you often checked in and seemed genuinely interested in my wife's progress. We appreciate that greatly. Diana, the PTA, was also a pleasure to work with and always had kind words of encouragement. Lastly, Grace, sorry for breaking the credit card machine... But seriously, thank you for your kind and courteous nature and in dealing with our insurance issues. You explained things to us which made the process easier to tolerate. In closing, Forte Rehabilitation Clinic has an amazing staff, a beautiful view looking out over a golf course and plenty of parking. They create a very welcoming environment by greeting you by name and checking in on you when another therapist is tending to your rehabilitation. The staff works extra hard in sorting out your insurance which I greatly appreciated. I would return to Forte Rehabilitation without hesitation. Thank you Forte!

At times it looks like they need more staff to keep up the amount of clients they have, but they some how make it through. Also, big shout out to Valerie for being a wonderful receptionist. Keep up the great work all of you, but of course within your mental limits. ^_^ Dr. Ely Ann Gonzalez is amazing! She's quirky, fun, super knowledgeable, empathetic, and overall helpful. I wish more doctors existed like her in the medical field. She may look young but her brain is wise. Dr. Gonzalez wants the best for you and really takes concern of your well-being. She is a breath of fresh air. My experience here was beautifully warming. I'm a shy person that doesn't do well in loud, busy environments, but here I started to feel a homey and accepted. If I ever need to attend physical therapy again, I know where I will be headed. -C.
