They are all so patient and compassionate with them and never make us feel rushed. They answer all of our questions, explain things thoroughly, and they listen to and trust my mom gut feelings. We recently brought our 7 month old VERY anxious Pitbull in because she cut her armpit open pretty badly. They got her in the same day, sedated her, and got her all stitched up. The stitches look fantastic and she is healing up beautifully after only 3 days. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

She diagnosed and a treatment plan was to give him a series of Adequan shots. I paid for 8 injections up front and then during this series of injections, there was a billing discrepancy. All over a the number of shots my dog received. I'm talking about one $67.35 shot! On my second to last time there, I went through it with the nice young ladies up front and thought we had it straitened out. Then, my next visit, the discrepancy came up again. They gave me a print out summary and it was all jacked up. Showing 2 shots given at one appointment, not showing another appointment and on and on. Then, the "Manger" (Hunter), came out with attitude (as he had in previous visits too). I feel like he went out of his way to make sure it was my mistake, not his (or the clinics), and have me corrected. I was upset and I asked them to refund me for the number of shots they believe I was owed. They refunded me for one less shot than I believe I had paid for. Then, they had the nerve to send me a certified letter saying they didn't want to do business with me!! LOL! As a customer/ patient, I think his persistence in saying I'm wrong and he's right about the billing is ridiculous! I'm the customer (it's not about the stupid $67). What's a shame is, it's not about the clinic and the majority of the staff, it's about one over zealous employee.

Each review was telling my…read morestory from the moment I drove my car into the parking lot and the staff came out to assist me with removing my dog from my vehicle. They took one look at him and knew he was bad off. They immediately took my baby and rushed him to the back and begin working on him. They allowed me to stand there and observe everything they did to my King. I am a medical person and I am familiar with the processes of triage patients with emergencies. The physician performed a sonogram and began to tell me my options of care. I had to make the most difficult decision in my life. I decided not to be selfish and to have my King put to rest. This facility not only comfort me, but my family as well. They gave us a room and told us to take our time, they offered refreshments and continually checked on us. They just went out of their way with compassion and concern. I have never experienced this type of Customer Service in my entire life. It made me and my family feel heard and understood about our wishes. Once my family completed our goodbyes and they put our King to rest, they comfort my family, some even shared tears with us. They gave us things to remember our baby boy King that I will cherish forever.This hospital will always hold a special place in my heart. This is a place that I would love to work at and be proud to say that I worked there because each and every person who works in that building are Gods angels, and truly care about the animals that they treat. I will always be grateful. I know this was God's plan because it all went perfectly. Yes, I left without a dog, but I now have a new family that I would cherish with my other pets. Thank you again to each and every one of the staff who comfort my family, who gave my comforting hugs and who helped my King. They tried to tell me my pet tested positive for tick disease antibodies. It was clear they had not looked at her chart in that she had prior antibody titers for tick disease. I have now left them to go to a more reliable vet, who tells the truth.

If a pet owner is not concerned about what vet is assigned to their pet, this clinic is fine; however, if you have a pet that is supposed to be monitored due to serious health issues, another clinic would be a better option. Also, heads up....you have to pay a deposit for any appointment (cost of appointment) when you make the appointment, and if you are 5 minutes late, a $15.00 late fee is charged to your account. Plus, if you are 10 minutes late, they cancel your appointment and do not return the appointment deposit.

We had a horrible experience after using this vet for over 10 years with our three dogs. We…read morethought one of our dogs had a stool blockage on a Saturday so my husband just took him in to see if they could give him something. They said they were to busy to look at him and if he was not better in a couple days than call them. Next day he was in such stress we had to take him to two emergency hospitals and a specialist surgeon. He had 19bs tones in his urinary track and hadnt peed in days. Almost died. We now have a new vet that keeps a couple spots available if you feel your dog is not doing well.
