It was a week-long job and they were there every morning when they said they would be and worked hard in the hot sun all day. Work was completed a bit ahead of schedule. Both outside and inside look terrific. Santos is very caring and detail oriented. His crew is excellent and everything was cleaned up really nicely when they were done. I needed to have a new vinyl floor installed in my office at the front of my home. Jairo Yairo, Nehemias Rivera, and Charley gave me a very reasonable estimate on the work required and then went to town on the job. They purchased the Vinyl flooring that I had selected at Lowes and went right to work on the project. I watched as they meticulously pieced every plank together and made sure it was perfectly fitted to the planks surrounding it. They replaced the trim and did a fantastic job of painting it. The total job took 7 to 8 hours. They don't cut corners. If you want to get the job done right, call Yairo's Home Remodeling at 936-235-5837. They will blow your job in the Endzone!!! I must start by saying that I am hard to please and I am not proud of it. I find it difficult to…read morehave things repaired that meets my standards of excellence. During my encounter with Sam, he said that perfection is impossible, but he would get me as close to perfection as possible and that is exactly what he did. From the moment I met Sam, he was nothing but straight forward and honest. I knew, after talking with him, that I did not want anyone else to do my repairs. He was my only choice. I had several things that needed repairing: he gave me some self-help remedies for the issues that did not require a professional. My kitchen ceiling was literally hanging due to an AC leak (and yes there was mold) and I also had ceiling damage in my bedroom from a leaky roof. For more reasons than one, I had not gotten the repairs fixed, which were ongoing issues. I had gotten the ceiling repaired once before, but the AC started leaking again. The 2nd time was worse than the first. I was unable to open my kitchen cabinets doors. Also, it was the first thing visitors saw when they entered my home. It was an eyesore that could not be ignored. Sam, Josh, and Cristian (who helped with the demolition part of the job) were all amazing! I do not believe that I can be any more impressed with my repairs. My ceiling in the kitchen and bedroom both look new again, one would never know how bad it was. It took three days for them to complete the job, and in those 3 days I learned so much from Sam. He is as much as an educator as he is a carpenter, it really should be a part of his retirement plan. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to have met Mr. Sam and his sons. They are totally awesome at what they do! And that comes from the bottom of my heart!!! They made the process easy and less stressful. I would refer Sam repeatedly, hands down, because he is truly a trustworthy professional who is worth every cent that he charges! His son Josh is a sleeping giant to the profession!! His father has taught him well!! May God bless them all always. Thank you for a job well done.
