We used them for laminate flooring and granite counter top. After we agreed on pricing and paid 50% upfront, they called us after completion stating they forgot to include some labor costs and increased the price 20%. When they completed the job, they did not clean up afterwards and left a complete mess. When our movers came the next day to deliver our furniture, much to our surprise, Prestige left the washer and dryer in the middle of the living room. We called them because they assured us the day before it had been moved back to its proper location, but this time they told us it would cost $100 each to have them moved literally 15 feet into it's proper location. At that point we moved them ourselves. The flooring was extremely unlevel in the kitchen and dining-we took pictures with our leveler. You could feel it as you walked on it, and it squeaked severely. They did come back and fix it. On top of all this, they charged us $565 for plumbing to connect the faucet in the kitchen and bath, and the garbage disposal, and dishwasher. This should be a part of the normal installation. We requested they split out the charges since they never installed the dishwasher. They said it is a package price and they cannot itemize it for me it. Lastly, we had a downstairs vanity set waiting for a plumber to come an install (not Prestige Granite). The set included the faucet--however the faucet disappeared after the Prestige Granite contractors left. I had to run to Lowe's to purchase another faucet. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service. It took Prestige Granite 3 days after completion to come back and clean up their trash on the patio and pick up their tools. I've tried to work with them on the billing, but they have not been willing to budge--its all about the money and absolutely no customer service. We will not use them again.

Cons: poor attention to detail - where they cut the back splash on a corner you can see the mesh backing protruding through the grout. One of the braces used to support the granite bar has a crack in it, so it looks bad and concerns me regarding adequate support. MESSY - my house was a wreck after. They put up no sheeting and dust covered the first and second floor of my townhome. Grout is all over my kitchen, stuck in outlets, drawer pulls, under the cabinets. I found a pile of grout next to the fridge, like it was swept off the edge of the counter and never cleaned up. My biggest issue was their inability to cut the sink hole correctly. They cut a hole too far forward in the counter so it wouldn't clip in properly or fit the piping. We spent the weekend trying to fix the sink afterward. I won't need granite services any time soon. If I do, though, I won't use Prestige Granite UNLESS it costs me thousands less.

I'm very pleased with my bathroom remodel by S-N-S Remodeling, Dan Shannon, and his highly capable…read morecrew. I needed a lot of advice on how to maximize the use of this very small space and Dan really hit the ball out of the park on this project. Besides age, space, and lighting, a big issue we had was that the shower was recessed about 6 inches into the foundation and also had a dropped ceiling. We did not know what, if anything, was inside the drop. Dan found that the dropped ceiling was just empty, unused space and added that back into the shower compartment. He also added a much needed in-shower light. He brought the floor of the shower up to be appropriately level to the floor which was something we really wanted as stepping into and out of that dark, wet 6-inch recess was sometimes treacherous. Dan's excellent planning provided us with about 3 or 4 more inches of much needed counter top space without making the room feel crowded. The very well-made custom cabinetry exceeded my expectations. Dan's use of recessed lighting, a low profile toilet, a custom-made cabinet above the toilet, and the larger tiles with fewer grout lines all contribute to maximizing the use and the feel of the very limited space in this room. The tile work is just beautiful. Every tile was cut and every edge was hand-beveled on-site as needed for a perfect fit and finish. The paint was sprayed so is very smooth and even. And, of course, Dan and his crew repaired and replaced anything they found that was water-damaged behind the walls in this 60 year old bathroom. They cleaned up behind themselves daily. I really could not be happier with this remodel. Thank you, everyone! This was a job well done at a very fair price. Now, let's talk about that 60 year old kitchen......

This happened at the beginning of Covid, and we had postponed fixing this, for when the number of cases were more manageable. After 6 months, we didn't want to wait anymore. Dan Shannon gave us a free estimate for the work (plus changing the flooring in the other bathroom to match as well) and had that scheduled soon after. They called 2 days before we were scheduled to start, asking if they can start a day earlier as someone else cancelled, and we agreed (we aren't going anywhere in this pandemic so why not?). Dan and his crew came by right on the scheduled time. Everyone had their masks on (hurray!). They put on heavy paper across the house so they don't scratch our floors as they worked. They were very respectful to us, our home, and our property as they worked, which we're so grateful as we were around the whole time. We're also very satisfied with their craftsmanship, and would use them again for any future remodeling work. Highly recommended.
