The teachers here at 6 Blades truly care for the kids (I have a 11yr old girl and 8yr old boy). I love watching them teach these kids Respect and technique. Doesn't matter the skill level or age, they are teaching and treating each student the same. I can't image a better Ju Jitsu dojo than 6 Blades!!! I highly recommend you take your kids (or yourself) here to learn the wonderful techniques of Ju Jitsu from these Masters of the trade.

After asking around, different people tried to get me to join their school, but when I checked them out, they appeared very stereotypical, macho-oriented, which turned me off. When I found out about this RCJ Machado location, I got excited. I came in and Hugo, the office manager, was really friendly and helpful. I came back a couple of days later with my gi and tried out a class. I signed up right after the class. I previously trained with another Machado black belt, this place maintains the same high quality teaching and training as any other school run by a Machado black belt. Marcos is a great instructor who gives everyone equal amount of time. Unlike other places were instructors have favorite students, Marcos makes sure that he works with everyone, often going around doing drills individually with everyone in class to make sure that we all get it. But the instruction goes beyond Marcos and Hugo, as advanced students are helpful in working with new students as well. There are no egos here and everyone is willing to work with one another. This is simply a great place for anyone that is serious about training in jiu jitsu at a high level.

When I found Champion GTMA, I reached out and received a nearly immediate response. When I brought my kids up to try a class, they were met with kindness, excitement and encouragement and their little nerves were gone fast. Since that day, we rarely miss a class. My boys are challenged, held accountable, encouraged, and loved on during every class. The small classes are exactly what we hoped for and we appreciate and love the attention and focus our kids receive from their teachers. Highly recommend.
