They did a service call later that day which revealed that the board on my furnace was bad and needed to be replaced. They put in a temporary fix which allowed one of my 2 thermostats to directly control the AC for the entire house until then. Monday roll around, they came out and replaced the board which took a few hours. After being told it was done, there was still no air coming out of the vents. I communicated my problem and the next day, the owner had another tech out investigating my issue which revealed a slightly different issue than what it was originally believed to be. They got it figured out and got my AC working. They also came back the following day just to further troubleshoot and make sure they had the issue fully resolved, then also fully explained to me what was the issue and the steps they took to resolve it. I felt like they took the effort to make sure my issue was resolved properly. I stand by any business that values customer service. I recommend these guys!

We temporarily fixed it once, and then after that failed, we literally had it held up with duct tape for two weeks while we were too busy to even call someone out to deal with it. Eventually, enough was enough and we needed to not have our kitchen sink held together by duct tape anymore. My wife did a little neighborhood Facebook page research and mentioned that a lot of people had success with Paul The Plumber. I gave them a call and got an appointment scheduled. My wife purchased a new faucet, in case our current one was beyond repair, but that ended up being moot. The plumber was at our house for maybe 12 total minutes, which includes him taking my credit card for the service charge. He very quickly knew how to fix the problem and it's been great ever since. Something else that was nice was that we were told the plumber would arrive between 3-4pm, and I got a text that he was on the way, scheduled for a 3pm arrival. I went sent real-time tracking of his location so I knew exactly when he'd be arriving, which was really convenient. So our experience was 5-stars across the board and we will definitely call these guys again next time we have an issue.

A couple nights ago (Friday before 4th of July weekend, of course), the kitchen sink started to back up. It wasn't just a bit slow, it was pretty much unusable. I'm pretty sure I heard it laugh at me when I poured Drano down it. It did nothing. They responded quickly and were able to come out on Sunday. Boy, I'm glad they did! They pulled out so much gunk out of the pipes! I forget the name of the plumber that came out, but I appreciate his dedication towards ensuring we didn't need to have them come out again. He snaked the pipes almost all the way to the outside of the house, clearing out what was assuredly years of gross build up! We'll totally use them again if we have any other plumbing problems. I'd highly recommend them!

My A/C started blowing 82 degree air and I turned it off. This was on a Friday evening. Saturday…read moremorning I called and spoke to Angela who arraigned for a tech to come out. Parker evaluated the cause (slow leaking evaporator coil) but he wanted to be sure the rest of the system maintained integrity by performing a pressure leak test which he did a few days later. He charged the system back up, enough to get me to the pressure test. Confirming the problem, he passed me over to Hope who provided a solution and explained in detail what needed to be done, what it would cost, and how long it would take. This was on a Friday afternoon. She was able to coordinate the required new equipment, materials and schedule their construction team for the following Monday morning. Everything was in place that morning and needless to say, they knew what to do and how to do it. They jumped on it, and never stopped. No breaks, no lunch and were finished by 2:00 PM. This was a major project, having to demo and rebuild the supply plenum, remove and replace the coil section of the furnace, install a new drain pan and drains, etc. As fate would have it, my thermostat had failed and that caused a delay getting the system to start. Richard, another airWoodlands tech came out and discovered the problem quickly and provided me with a new thermostat. From Angela, to Parker, to Hope, to Cossa, and to Richard, I could not have asked for a better team from any one, anywhere. Customer service in general has failed in America, but this group is an exception. I will never have to search for an a/c contractor. Air Woodlands is the best. (A special call out to Parker.
