The tax credits made it that much more appealing. We just activated our solar system and we couldn't be happier with the results. Why San Antonio Solar was the choice for us? For starters they truly believe in QUALITY! The best products, backed by the best warranties in the industry, by the best installers. We have gone through the entire process working with Sean and David. We are so pleased with the attention to detail throughout. Their warranty is straight forward, products are backed for 25 years along with the installation. Simple! When talking with their installers, they also reaffirmed that SA Solar wants them to do quality work and not just rush through the jobs. Our solar solution included SolarEdge HD-Wave grid tied award winning inverter with integrated car charger. It is compact, efficient and so cool as far as inverters go! As part of the project we also asked SA Solar to build a pergola in our backyard and mount the solar panels on top tilted to the south allowing us maximum energy production. The team designed and installed a Gorgeous pergola that's also very functional, for us to enjoy for many years to come. Now that it is all set up, all we can say is WOW and THANK YOU to the amazing team at San Antonio Solar Panel.

The install crew took two days to do our system in town, and by the time they were done they were our friends. Even our over-protective border collie loved them. They're simple the best.

The project moved forward steadily: after permits were approved, Atma installed the system in September, and it was approved for use by CenterPoint in November. Overall, I am very pleased with Atma. While there were a few bumps, the team worked through every issue and concern I raised. I specifically recommend their Sales rep for being honest and upfront. The team was also very responsive--not 'emergency' responsive, but I never lost power, so nothing was truly an emergency. I know demand is high right now with the year-end rush, and they handled it well.

After the contract was signed just about 8 days ago, I was smoothly assigned the next person, Mr. Diaz who emailed me a thorough timeline of what to expect right from HOA to Center Point permitting all the way to actual commissioning , post inspections by the City and Center Point.. To be honest, my only concern was that they have been in business for just about 5~ years Vs, other big players, but at the same time their pricing, reviews and consistent follow ups was what swayed my opinion of ATMA over other big players. looking forward to all steps and final installation and system go live by around end of September. The project went beyond the creditor's interest free promotional period and they suggested we apply to another creditor, which we did. The problem is they never refunded the initial loan. 3. Luckily, we never turned over the rebates we received so they were only able to steal a little over $8k from us. I received a letter from New Sun indicating that this amount would be refunded to creditor on or before 1/15/2018 and of course that never happened. 4. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the TX & AZ attorneys general so we are going to try to recoup our money through them and through an attorney if necessary. 5. We obviously didn't perform adequate due diligence so please don't make the same mistake. 6. It is my understanding this company is nearly broke so I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unless you have time to spare and lots of money to lose, I'd look elsewhere and please, please please; do yourself a favor and do extensive due diligence.

This is a fraudulent company with very little moral fiber…read more This is basically an office front that will look for bank financing for you to purchase panels and then subcontracts out to local companies to install solar panels. My project took nearly a year, when initial estimate was 3-6 months. My project manager quit that company, which was a red flag, but the panels were already delivered. I didn't know if I could cancel at that point, but I probably should have asked. They used one loan company to obtain the 50% down portion and in the middle of the construction, switched to a second loan company, promising to pay off the first loan, but they never did, leaving me with 2 loans for 150% of the promised cost. Once I found out, magically, no one answers the phone. After months of calling and trying to communicate with the Finance dept, the Finance chief quit the company and told me that it would be unlikely that they will refund the money owed. They knew what they were doing when they made false promises. Please avoid this company.

They worked on the loan and paperwork were all completed online. We were told that the whole process will be completed by November. The panels were installed in October and CPS came for the inspection and the job did not pass inspection. We waited a while for victory solar to solve the issues, another person came in a worked on the electrical parts, made a hole inside my garage to connect boxes (not legal) again CPS came in and again work did not pass inspection. I made several calls to Michael and Lizzy both sales persons with no luck. Finally in January another person came to repair the work, he removed the connections inside my garage, left the two holes in my garage stated Lizzie will have someone come and repair my garage has not happen and CPS should come within a week to approve the solar installation. At the end of February CPS came to inspect the work he waiting 25 minutes for any one from victory solar to show up no one did. He called Michael and Lizzie twice and left messages because no one answer. I have that recorded on my phone and until today I have not heard from anyone. CPS finally approved the solar panels, I guess because just like me they got tire of dealing with Victory Solars. If I had to deal with this issue again, the last name or company I would want to hear mention to me is Victory solar.
