We bought a home in Plano and I had already made an appointment for some work on my tooth so I drove from Plano to Kaufman. On the way, I called my husband and said I cannot keep driving out here. I'm gonna have to find a local dentist. On my way out the door I called my husband and said no way am I leaving this place! Dr. Connor is incredible, gentle, kind, conservative, and just such a blessing! Her staff is absolutely top notch! Dr. Connors sweet assistant today has been there for 17 years, and that says a lot !! The office is so well run like a well oiled machine from the moment you walk in till the time you leave. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. They have all the newest technologies. Today I had a cavity filled and a temporary crown put on because of a cracked tooth with a deep old filling and I did not feel a single thing (for those of you who have a little bit of a fear of going to the dentist). Unfortunately, Mirror Lake Dentistry has been closed for quite some time like 6 months so my wife…read moreand I needed to find a new dentist. My life found this place. This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.
