Fair prices, great inventory, always open to negotiate, and I never leave without learning something new.

This place is great! David was really friendly and helpful! I was able to come in under budget with…read moremore ring than I was hoping for. I came in on a Friday to look around and learn about diamonds, but ended up designing a custom engagement ring. David ordered the pieces and his onsite jeweler built the ring for me to pick up the next Tuesday! Very friendly, very helpful, very fast, great prices! AND she said yes!!

8.13.25 Walking in here I will say they had some great…read morecoins and jewelry in there. -- Now onto my first experience with them. I came in for a SUPER quick and easy necklace repair. If it tooks someone 2 minutes to fix it, they are moving SLOW! I needed the little loop soldered back together that holds my cross on the chain. (Btw-it's sterling silver not gold) The gentlemen was friendly - but said it would cost me about $75 because they had to turn the machine on. Needless to say I was shocked. I also enquired about a ring that has 2 small diamonds missing. I was quoted $150.00 - $20 for the 2 stones and $130 for the labor. Again...shocked. *Now here is the interesting part to this review. I called on 8.21.25 and asked how much it would be to fix my cross and said this gentlemen said "no more than $25 and would take about 1 hour. I could leave it and run an errand or two and come back." I am very confused now. I would really like to do business here but now I'm just not sure. Still on the fence... If I decide to return I will update my review.
