When I went in to look for the purse I was told that after 3 months if you don't claim your goods (no one ever called me), that they are pulled from the floor and "donated". They were rude going through my things at initial meeting and I never received a list of the items they kept. In my opinion my handbag was sold online by THEM. Just a very evil feel in there when you walk in.....UNLESS you pull up in a Land Rover and a fresh manicure! I will not shop somewhere that treats the source of their business so poorly. Just started helping someone else and completely ignored the fact I was standing at the counter and then I asked the question is this not the right counter or is this register not open? still no response to any of my questions just completely ignored me never said a word I didn't hear him say hello to anybody that walked in the store. I didn't hear him, say hello to the customer that he was helping, absolutely not a word. Amazing customer service. You had a good one here goodwill a fucking mute.
