I have been in multiple times to check on hundreds of dollars of Coach Shoes, Brighton handbags etc…read moreand all I got was $25. When I went in to look for the purse I was told that after 3 months if you don't claim your goods (no one ever called me), that they are pulled from the floor and "donated". They were rude going through my things at initial meeting and I never received a list of the items they kept. In my opinion my handbag was sold online by THEM. Just a very evil feel in there when you walk in.....UNLESS you pull up in a Land Rover and a fresh manicure! I will not shop somewhere that treats the source of their business so poorly. Shame on them!

The staff was super helpful, and wonderful to talk to. There answered all the questions we had, and opened cabinets without trouble. If you are passing through it is definitely worth the stop in, a place like this is where the real treasures are found.
