Unfortunately, her front office staff, specifically receptionist has Zero interpersonal skills. She doesn't make eye contact and she doesn't communicate what she's doing so you're left standing there wondering, "WTH is she doing" or "am I just supposed to stand here?" As previously mentioned, I've been coming to Dr. Warfield for years yet all of the sudden, this lady tried to charge me a copay for which I've never before had to pay with my insurance. She's also very depressing when she speaks. For patients who are battling depression and anxiety, it's extremely upsetting! As the face of the clinic, this position requires someone with energy and enthusiasm. It demands someone with optimism and excellent customer service skills- willing and excited to help out patients coming in for help. I can only hope this person receives the proper training needed in customer service or is switched with another staff member more apt for the position.

I was told to get initial lab work done which I did. I communicated via the app that Euphora uses the date of the labs, but they still asked me to complete the labs even after I got them done. I found that a little weird, but no big deal. When it was time for the first appointment, I showed up a few minutes early and a sign on the door told me to please knock or call. I did both multiple times, and no one came to the door. Eventually another patient just walked into the waiting room, so I followed. I had waited 13 mins and no one was at the front desk. The other patient yelled "hello?" and someone finally came to the desk to help. I found it odd there was a waiting room yet we were told to wait outside the office--there weren't even any chairs or anything to sit in. The person who took my vitals didn't introduce themselves. Dr. C came in promptly, and while she was great, she provided a very, very rushed physical. The appointment literally took maybe 4 or 5 mins. As the appointment was ending, I asked what ever happened to my bloodwork and she said they still didn't have it but she would check (I had the labs done 2 weeks prior!). As I was leaving and getting into my car, Dr. C called and said they did, in fact, have the bloodwork and went over everything with me. While I liked Dr. C overall, between no one being at the front desk at the time of appointments and a super rushed first visit, it was a kinda crummy first impression, enough to make me cancel. I hope that Euphora Health can have attentive staff and remember how important first impressions are to patients! I will be looking into other DPC options in the area moving forward.

I recently switched doctors and my new doc put me on testosterone cream and 200 mg of progesterone and, wow, I'm sleeping through the night like a baby. It is only estrogen that I cannot take, progesterone and testosterone are fine. I do not recommend Dr. King to anyone. I feel she is very close minded, her bedside manner is terrible and she often runs late without apology.

She is thorough and proactive with her healthcare approach. She also stays current on the healthcare industry to ensure you get the best care and most current protocols based on ethnicity where relevant. This sets her FAR apart from other physicians in the area. I would drive a million miles to see Dr. Supkay. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course. The convenience of CPL being located on site makes any follow up labs easy breezy. Highly recommend Dr Supkay as part of your medical care team!!! I followed the diet closely for three months, and it was extremely effective in significantly lowering my A1C. However, I realized that such a restrictive diet was not going to be sustainable for me long term. At my request, Dr. Horvit referred me to a dietitian, who helped me develop an eating plan that was more realistic and sustainable. Over time, I have come to appreciate Dr. Horvit's approach and have found her to be very supportive. She is focused on helping her patients achieve the level of diabetes control they need while working with them to find an approach that can be maintained.
