The ice maker tried to live but in the end refused to reliably work... call Jorge the Appliance Master and he arrives on time with tools and declares the unit d-e-a-d. THE IMPORTANT BIT - he got the replacement and returned as promised, against traffic none the less!, replacing the old unit quick and sharp. WHY? is that the important bit, Billy? because service after the sale, especially warranty service, is how you tell the good providers from the GREAT in any field. The part took awhile longer to come in than expected, but that was not Jorge's fault: once he had the part, he came back ASAP to install it. I would absolutely recommend Jorge and would call him again if (ok WHEN) I have another appliance problem. Very professional, polite, and trustworthy.
