I'm a small business owner and I liked the fact this bank was open later than 5 and open weekends…read moreso I left the awful banking at Origin. Aside from the banks hours of operation, my experience hasn't been good. Everything is 3rd party meaning all i get is "I don't knows", "We don't handle that" and "You'll have to call them". So, the people who actually handle my money I'll never see because they are behind a call center in another country. Aside from my initial deposit to open the account, my first was denied because it was too much. Never thought I'd ever have a deposit denied, especially for that reason, and especially not for a business. The largest I can deposit because I'm new I was told, is less than the amount I operate on. So, I made a smaller deposit, fractional of the first and it was denied because they had trouble validating the payee. That's me the person who owns the account. So I tried asking the bank why and was told they didn't know I had to call some other company because they don't handle that. I successfully made a deposit through the drive through though, however it takes deposits forever to clear. I deposited cash on a Wednesday and it was still pending on Friday. It took almost 4 weeks to even get a bank card. I thought about ordering checks but they said it would be $200 and It'd have to be done online because they don't handle that there. Now Origin Bank was a horrible bank, but sadly I don't know if this place is even a bank.
