Closed on weekends with no one who can help on the phone as if financial transactions stop over the weekend. Glitchy online autopay will hit your account twice if you try to change payment dates to pay earlier. If it is a Saturday morning when you find out that they have driven your account into the whole with overdraft charges caused by there problem, no one will help you. They ignore the phone ringing in the building even though they are there for drive through. The call center won't help. You are out of luck until Monday. Hope you didn't run out of gas somewhere and get stuck. Don't get a mortgage here either. They are slow, lose paperwork, nearly get the process delayed a month and don't show for signing.

I submitted everything they asked for twice and in the end they just left me hanging without a yes/no or these are the problems that need to be addressed. If your credit is not perfect and you don't want to follow up constantly, trying to light a fire to get things done, I would go elsewhere! They need a lesson in customer service and punctuality! I was trying to work with Kelvin(owner) and Christa, certainly will not be trying that again! Total waste of my time and now I have "hard pulls" on my credit that affect my FICO scores and have nothing to show for it. USELESS!
