OMGosh I started this review a week ago & never posted it…read more Well I guess God wanted me to save it till today, because Stephanie helped me again. First of all I wanted to say that I just moved from CA to TX & of course I needed to open a new bank account. My lovely step-daughter had refereed Regions Bank on South Broadway in Tyler to me. On March 27th I went in to open my account & we were just starting social distancing due to the Corona virus. So I did all my business at the drive up ATM & I was greeted with the nicest, friendliest, caring, knowledgeable & professional people I have ever met. Stephany, Jessica & William were so nice to me & I kinda thought it was maybe because we had to do this business thru the ATM & what I realized as I was driving away was that wasn't it at all. It was because all 3 of them really did care & they were all amazing employees!! I have had to call the bank a couple of times due to questions & every time I'm greeted with such kindness, but the best was when Stephany called me not once but twice to make sure all was going ok & I told her I was having a hard time signing into the app & sure enough with her kindness & her professionalism she got me in & all set up today. I know I would of never been able to do this on my own so I was very grateful for her calls. As a result of the staff at the Regions Bank on S. Broadway in Tyler & other places I've been here in TX, I absolutely know that I've moved right into heaven. Thank you so much to all that work at Regions on S. Broadway in Tyler, Debbie Allen

All I can say is count your money if you are requesting cash. I was just today 10-6-25 defrauded…read more51.00 from a bank teller inside the bank. The thing that was troubling to me was she did not count my cash out to me- the cash was run thru a machine and she just placed the cash in an envelope. My reply was you are not counting the cash out to me? She said no. I took the money out of the envelop and counted it in front of her. The check was 2300.00 minus their stated 1% cashing fee which was like 23.00. I left the teller and asked for a manager. A young man at a desk in the lobby area who did not state his title but inquired what was the problem. I told him 51. 00 of my funds was missing. The guy whomever he was went to the teller, counted her drawer and it was confirmed her drawer count had 51.00 more than it should have had. He then run the cash in my envelope and added the additional fees that the teller failed to include but he counted the cash out to me but made a statement, he was sorry for what happened but said it was a minor mistake. That statement was just totally inappropriate when this teller took 51.00 from me. I don't care if the mistake was 1.00, never should a bank employee say it was a minor mistake -so people be careful with your transactions. How many others have this teller taken from customers? Is this the mindset of this bank to harbor any mistake is a minor mistake?True none of us are perfect but just respect to customers, owning the mistake with repentance is the right thing to do. I forgive the teller as I feel the right spirit was not there anyway as well as the careless comment from the other team member but I will never go back and let the business who wrote me the check know what happened at his bank. He is referring people to this bank and if this happened to me, this practice can occur with others.

this bank is so incompetent. when I first opened it they held my paychecks for a week before…read moredepositing, the reason was completely stupid and made no sense. I set up my account with overdraft protection and it somehow was taken off without my knowledge. the location that my account officer works at goes without power far to often and I can never actually talk to someone in charge. with all that being said I will be banking somewhere else very soon.
