At first he seemed like he was doing a good job, but when it came down to it he did little to nothing to help things go in my favor. We had talked about not finalizing the divorce until after my youngest daughter was born so that child support wouldn't have to be adjusted later, but then I was told we couldn't delay the divorce. Now that it is final, he wants to charge another $500 to adjust cs. When I called to ask how to get cs adjusted and told Gilbert's receptionist that I was under the impression that adjusting the cs was included in what I had already paid for, I was told to "quit b!tching and moaning." I will not be using Gilbert for anything else.

Tyler Friedson with Sinclair Law Firm is truly great to work with. I reached out on a Monday and…read morehad my consultation by that Wednesday, which was amazing since my case was time sensitive. From the start, I got quick responses, clear directions, and a lot of support. What stood out the most to me was how much Tyler genuinely cared about the kids involved. From day one, their wellbeing was clearly his top priority, and that never changed. In such a stressful situation, that meant everything to me and my family. Tyler walked me through everything step by step and made a really confusing and delicate situation much easier to understand. He was always quick to respond, return calls, and set up meetings when needed. He also fought hard to get exactly what we needed out of the case.  He's extremely knowledgeable about the law and pays attention to every detail. You can tell he has the experience and resources to help families get where they need to be. He gave honest advice and shared his professional opinion but always made sure I had the final say in every decision. Tyler stayed on top of everything and kept things moving. The office staff were also super helpful, friendly, and efficient. This has been one of the hardest things my family has gone through, but Sinclair made me feel comfortable and supported the whole way through. From day one you can tell that Tyler truly cares about his clients and their children. I'd definitely recommend Tyler and his team!  Reviews typically aren't my thing. but Tyler helped me through the most important situation of my life.

$10k retainer and she threw my case. I hired her in June. She told me to agree to permanent…read moreinjunction vs permanent restraining order for abusive ex, which benefited him. I met with her and 'my great friend that is the supervisor at CPS and hiring me gives you a personal 'in' at the organization.' My ex was required to get an ABEL evaluation that basically assesses your likelihood to be a predator. I, legally and morally, was supposed to give my side of what went on. She obstructed me, her own client from doing so. She had my husband's completed ABEL and psych eval in her hands Sept. 15 and told me point blank 'DO NOT CONTACT 'THE EVALUATOR YOURSELF, I WILL HANDLE IT' is what she told me repeatedly. She never contacted the police or the evaluator and she and the amicus both colluded to prevent me and my children our basic rights as humans on Earth. It gets even worse. The day of court with my ex, I go up to her office for what I think is prep. She sits me down and tells me he's getting unsupervised visitation. I ask how could that be possible when the predator evaluation wasn't even complete, to my knowledge. She said she and the other lawyers basically sat down and decided there wasn't enough to keep him from unsupervised (after they intentionally created 'not enough'). I was shattered in this moment. I thought I was walking in to a game plan and I walked into this, about 3 hours before court. She clasped her hands across from me and with a horribly empty look, watched me wail for minutes. She told me I didn't have to go to court and she could just answer/agree to things for me. I attended court that afternoon virtually, as I was too distraught to be inside of the court. I watched the amicus and judge congratulate her for her good work. Oh, my ex brought a courtroom full of people that morning and my lawyer didn't call a single witness or person to be be there for me/ with me. My lawyer never contacted any of my potential witnesses. My lawyer never told the judge anything from my side (which apparently is what they are supposed to do, I hear) so the judge, after getting new counsel, had never heard any of my allegations until after I fired her but she already threw the dynamite into my and my children's lives. $10k for a family law retainer, of an unemployed woman, fleeing child abuse and domestic violence, and to then do all of this to her, seemingly with spite or venom is unfathomable for me. The Tyler landscape for lawyers is bad, bad. Please research and research harder. She coasts on the name of Beau Sinclair. 'Sinclair is great IF they are on your side'

I dare say that in the "dog-eat-dog" business world nowadays, it has become the exception rather than the rule to find an individual or organization that seeks the best interest of their client(s). Paul Hicks and his office staff represent that exception. They literally roll out the carpet for their clients, whether individual or business, large accounts or small accounts, and they are pretty good and patient at listening to your needs, and their services are very affordable. They are highly ethical in their practices and stay up to date on professional and statutory regulations/standards to ensure that they provide top-notch advice to their clients in various aspects of business, financial and accounting services. Finally, and on a personal note, I and my wife count ourselves very fortunate to know them and to use their services which we highly recommend without any reservations to anyone desiring professional, prompt, and proficient service. I had several accountants prior to using them and not only were they more expensive, they cost me money by missing deductions in my tax returns. Paul saved my almost $5k the first year we used him. Year after year his excellent guidance has continued to pay dividends. We consult with him quarterly to go over our books and see advice he has for us. This has helped us to have a better financial plan for our business as we move forward and to be prepared for adversity and changes in our business structure as we grow. We highly suggest Paul Hicks & Associates to our friends and employees for their accounting needs and everyone has had positive feedback about their experiences as well.

Instead of calling and checking on the incident, we were mailed our money and our account was closed. We got an apology letter later. We declined to reopen the account. I was rate shopping and decided to give them another go and they pulled out some garbage excuse as to why we couldn't rejoin even though we left in "good standing". Pros: Most of the customer service agents are very friendly. They have good rates with little hoop jumping as compared to many other banks and credit unions.
