She listened to me to get a better understanding of what I wanted, while reviewing my return. I shared why I wanted to amend my return due to the amount I am required to pay back. She shared other items that were left out that could be included in the amendment. After reviewing my return further she said " I see the problem" and she showed me how the error was made.
