Noah started out great but his follow-up sucked. He has wonderful people skills. I called back to the office and he never called me back. I emailed him and he was going to call me then he was going to call me then he disappeared. I just needed some more info so I could make a decision. Went with another State Farm agency in Tyler for car, auto, umbrella. Also looking at life insurance now. Maybe the office does not have enough staff to handle the volume of customers. read more

I have been with Geico for many years and thought I was getting the best deal. I was always under the impression State Farm Insurance cost to much, until I called and spoke with a new guy by the name of Donnie Marvels. This guy has a great personality and knows ho to treat people. Not only did I bring my cars over to Mike Munn, but I also brought my home over to Mike Munn State Farm. I would recommend anyone to call his office and speak with Donnie, you will save money and he will make you smile.
