This guy has a great personality and knows ho to treat people. Not only did I bring my cars over to Mike Munn, but I also brought my home over to Mike Munn State Farm. I would recommend anyone to call his office and speak with Donnie, you will save money and he will make you smile. He also helped me with the Drive Safe and Save app. I can now view and pay my bill online. Also, its so nice to have my ID cards right on my phone. James

Where to start.... I signed up with Munn when I moved to Texas ~5 years ago based on a…read morerecommendation from my Realtor at the time. During this time, my phone calls were NEVER, EVER returned. I had to chase down his office EVERY TIME! When I needed something done, it NEVER was. For example: I paid off my car and called to get the lienholder removed. I was told "No problem". About 5 months later, I had to get my hatch window replaced. After looking at my policy, the lienholder WAS STILL THERE! If, God forbid, the car was totaled, the lienholder would have gotten a check and I would have been in a real jam trying to get that money back. Just a sample of the gross incompetence of this office. Each time I contacted his office, I was given groveling apologies and that Mike would call me personally. HE NEVER DID! I have seen a lot of "5 Star Reviews". How?? Surely I'm not the only one who has gone through this. I finally got around to transferring my policies to another agent. Good f---ing riddance.
