We received a decent quote from Jeffrey, at Bird Dog Insurance... but he didn't do proper…read moreresearch, and one of our 5 policies with him was cancelled because the nearest fire station and fire hydrant was too far away. This also affected our bundled rates. We found much cheaper rates on our own through USAA, and asked Jeffrey to cancel all our other policies. He failed to cancel a policy, and the insurance company charged our account over $1,000. Also, when we were getting quotes on our own, we discovered Jeremy was entering the wrong information about the materials used in our homes, intentionally, so he would receive lower quotes... and hopefully aquire our business... which he did. To make matters worse, when we asked him to cancel all our policies, before their start dates, he neglected to cancel a landlord policy... resulting in the insurance company taking over $1,000 out of our checking account. I would avoid Bird Dog Insurance!!
