    I contacted this business to get a quote for a tow to Bronte for mechanic work. They never gave me…read morea quote but stated they could come pick up my vehicle, check it out to see what was wrong, and fix it for less than the tow plus service from the other mechanic, but still never quoted me on the tow itself. I agreed because I didn't think I would be taken advantage of. They came and picked up my vehicle on a Thursday and did not have me sign anything or get any vehicle information off of my car. Friday I called multiple times with no response to how long or how much the repairs were going to cost. I then called again Friday evening and finally received a quote of $400 for a serpentine belt and pulley replacement. Due to the fact that I myself am not a mechanic, I assumed it was a serious repair since I was quoted so high. I then did not get a call until the following Monday that my vehicle was ready. When I got there the price was $100 more than quoted on the phone the previous Friday with no explanation, they had me get the mileage from my car for them which was the first record of it since picking it up the previous Thursday, I never signed any paperwork nor the credit card receipt, and as soon as I drove off of the property my check engine light came back on. I did not take it back because I already had a feeling I had been taken advantage of. So I drove to Autozone and had a diagnostic ran which stated Power Train System Low Voltage. I at that point contacted our family's mechanic in Bronte where I originally wanted it towed and was informed that it shouldn't have been allowed to leave until it had been test drove. He asked if I received any warranty information on the parts replaced and I said no despite the fact that is why they asked for the mileage before I left. I was never given any physical or photographic proof of the parts needing replaced nor did I receive any proof of part purchase or warranty for said new parts. The receipt has no itemization for the length of time that it was worked on but just that I was charged $300 for the work alone. I was also then informed by our family mechanic that by the book those 2 parts should only take .7 and .5 hours, for a total time of 1.2 book hours. My Aunt then called to see if they would give her a flat in town or mileage tow rate and they would not just as they did to me. Only kept asking why and where it needed to be towed. She then asked if they do mechanic work in which they said yes. She also asked if they had an ASE certified technician in which they also said yes. So she then continued to ask them why I was charged so much for 2 things that shouldn't have taken more than an hr for a properly trained ASE certified technician and he made the excuse they had to troubleshoot. She then asked again why did they charge so much for something that should have been a fairly simple repair and why did my check engine light come on immediately after leaving the lot. At which time the man became flustered and said well it wouldn't even start this morning. I was never told this, and was allowed to pick it up and required to pay a substantially inflated fee. This place saw me a young lady that had a young baby and they took advantage. It was easy because I need my vehicle to get anywhere for myself and my child, and I do not know enough about cars or situations like this. Any time I've ever had work done in the past it's either been at the dealership which is 45 minutes away, or at our family mechanic that is 40 minutes away. I could not get the vehicle to either of those places because the serpentine belt was broke so I was at these people's mercy. The only reason I paid is because I know that if I didn't the wrecker service can keep my vehicle until I do. I will be filing in small claims and I hope this review will help anyone in the future.

    Extremely DISAPPOINTED! Waited 4 months to send our truck in for hail repair, understandably they…read morewere backed up like everyone else however my frustration begins with being told on 3 separate days someone was coming to get our truck and no one showed up or even called. I had to call the office repeatedly asking for communication that should be basic 101 professional courtesy when dealing in customer service only to be given some story as to why no one came. Wasted 3 full days of my time. The final time when someone was actually sent they only sent 1 driver with a trailer after multiple discussions that our truck had oversized tires and was lifted and would NOT fit on their trailer, they sent it anyway. Again wasting my entire day waiting for someone and then they show up with no way to take our truck back. I called and spoke with their office manager Lester and he verbally attacked me, insulted me over his own mistakes. Naturally i had every right to be upset, offended and completely Caught off guard that he messed this up (for the 3rd time) and tried to turn it on me for being upset. I can't imagine what person would not be completely pissed off after being told one thing and receiving nothing 3 different times! I immediately Contacted our sales rep whom we originally dealt with and explained my frustration and was told that was unacceptable and someone would be calling us the following Monday to resolve this. Monday came and went and we never heard from anyone so clearly the communication break continues. I would never recommend this place of business to anyone after being talked to the way i was over their mistake and poor scheduling. Very unprofessional and sad that the actions of one person paint such a poor picture of the business.

    A deer hit my truck on the passenger side. Got my truck into the dent company. They never contacted…read moreme after it was in. I never knew what was going on. Finally got it 2 weeks after I was supposed to get it. The first thing when I got in my truck stunk like mildew. Smelled like they wet my carpet down and shut the door. When I took my truck in the owner told me to bring the new headlight I had ordered in and they would put those in because it would be apart anyway. They did not do it! They told me they would have to rewire them so they did not do it. I called the company I purchased them fro and they assured me they were the correct ones and would plug in NOT HAVE TO BE REWIRED. Then I noticed they had taken out my maps gps dvd. Like maybe they thought it could track my truck. On star does that not the dvd. Why that would have to be taken out? I as a customer am not wanting anything extra or extravagant ONLY FOR MY VEHICLE TO BE THE SAME AS IT WAS! So my mirror on the passenger side no longer automatically tilts. The window rolls down ok but it hesitates and is slow going up now. The tiny on the window is gouged in several places and there is a horrible wind noise. I talked to my adjuster he said they should stand behind their work and make it right. NOT THE CASE!!!! They came and picked it up from my work and I told them I needed it back by 3:30. At 3:40 I had to call them. They said they said they tore the door down again and the motors to the window and the mirror not their fault. Sucks to be me! And they said the gouges in my tint was from the felt and they did not do it. They had it all day. I had to call them to bring it back and THEY DID NOTHING!!! THEY DID NOT EVEN FIX THE WIND NOISE. I FEEL THEY DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT IT! So when they finally brought it back it told the guy I was calling BS! And he laughed!!!!! I will not stop ! THE WORST EXPERIENCE! GO TO ABILENE WHERE YOU HAVE SOME CHOICES.

    Vary unprofessional. I paid 6,000 for some hail, door dings, spray paint bed and a same color paint…read morejob. Everything they did looks like amateurs did it. Paint runs everywhere. Colored parts or they try to fix mess ups, oversprayed onto bumper and trim. I took it back to them and they said they would fix it and they gave it back worse looking than before. I recommend not going to this place.

Had my vehicle way longer had my husband's truck…read moreway longer then they were supposed to got almost $13,500 between the two of our vehicles his is almost more damage than it was when it went in except for the hail dents they did get hail dents out really well, they said mine was done and it still needed the two panels on my window on the passenger side of a placed the little plastic piece that indicates your hood is closed is missing so my alarm won't set and the vent between the hood in the windshield still had to be replaced, I ended up having to take it to have the windshield done myself although they did pay for it! Still don't have the little plastic piece or the things for my windows! My husband's truck they didn't put the insulation back between the roof panel in the top so when we take it to the carwash or it rains really hard it leaks and has stained the roof lining all four of the oh s*** handles sorry for the language it's only way I know how to say them! All four of them have dents where they tried to pry them off one of them is completely missing, they only had one bolt holding the grill on oh, there was a can in the front of the truck that had a bunch of boats in it the headlight only had one bolt in it! The list could go on it's actually quite frustrating and to top it off we can't do anything cuz insurance said we chose the place, don't let this happen to you!!!!! Also I think I seen the owner maybe twice for 2 minutes he did not even bother to be the one to be there at all when my car was picked up!
