The staff are nice. Their dry cleaning/laundry prices are the best in town. I think their processes are changing. They've gone from safety pinning on the identifier paper to stapling. This is an easier and probably less costly way to keeping an individual's items together. read more

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!!! My cloths had multiple burnt spots and when I asked to talk to the manager, "Terry" she stated that my cloths must of already had the burnt spots on them. She was absolutely no help at all. Workers at the counter were nice but I definitely will not be taking my cloths back there. read more

The counter person said she couldn't do anything, and I could leave word for the owner to call me. She even agreed with me that the other shirts were poorly pressed! A week went by and nothing. I went back in, found the owner, and she said she would have the collar flipped and it would be OK. Ready in a week. I went back in a week and the shirt was still there, nothing had been done. Counter person #2 said it would be out that day and back the next. I went back the next week. Shirt still hadn't gone anywhere. It's obvious that they have terrible customer service and just don't care. Additionally, their pressing equipment is dirty and other shirts came back over-pressed in spots, and under-pressed in others. Save yourself a lot of frustration and do not use Comet cleaners in Stephenville.

Texan cleaners is awful and if they could get 1 star they would. They are shady they lose your items they lie. Get everything in writing or Terry will try to scam. Maybe go to all around cleaners? Super freindly place and owners are constantly there and willing to help. Save yourself a headache and pass on texan cleaners. For a business that names itself after the local school they have no problem taking advantage of young students. Bad business from shady Terry. read more
