I stepped on it and fell backwards so hard...landing on my back on the concrete then hitting my head. ....then I decided to get back up and pump my gas. I put the nozzle in my car...the nozzle broke. Gas was spraying EVERYWHERE. I couldn't stop it....I fell on my knee. Then I went into race track to tell someone, this man said "sorry" and offered me a free coffee....I'm literally dripping in gas at this point. Was told that someone would contact me "soon" for a accident report....never did. I'm so angry....very sore, ruined clothes/shoes & couldn't go to work due the smell of gas on me and being in pain.

It's a bit annoying to have to go inside to pay every single time, and today when I tried to pay it actually said my card was full on declined 3 times in a row. I went to try paying inside and the same thing happened with the card reader inside, so I called my bank to see if my end was the issue - they had zero attempted transactions on the card and it seems the problem is that the readers at the gas station were simply offline and not even connecting through to the bank. It's frustrating to struggle this much just to pay for gas. Also, they recently added non-stop advertisements on the screens at the pump that yell in your face the whole time with no way to turn them down or off. I just want to pump my gas and contemplate these crap gas prices in peace, life isn't that Black Mirror episode yet where we are forced to look at ads shoved in our faces 24/7 - this is annoying.
