They are a little bit out of the way but, the staff seem to really appreciate my business. While there is a very convenient gas station closer to me, the staff there seem to quickly process my transaction almost without looking up to greet me...I have been going to this Citgo for the small, convenient store items when necessary. A young lady behind the counter heard my complaint. The well mannered employee said they probably stocked it behind some other beers. She left her register and found it. She said the vendor didn't stock it correctly and sure enough she was right! Because of her help I bought two cans instead of one. And also picked up an extra large pizza. I failed to get her name and regret it deeply because employees who understand good customer service should be recognize. Good hire QT!

You'll pay for it with wasted time going inside to wait on line to pay bc they want you to buy something. You have to walk, in the rain, in the dark, circle pumps looking for ones w/o a bag on the hose. No longer a Shell station, but they are running a shell game! Totally inconvenient "convenience" store! This place used to be packed bc of the "great" prices. Now the only wait time is on the line you have to get on to pay inside.

They caught my eye because of the cool fun graphics so I decided to grab a bag...wished I grabbed a few because the cool ranch popcorn are out of this world good and I can't find them anywhere... I think I must of wondered the store for about 30 seconds looking for some ice tea when the lovely woman working in the kitchen as if I was looking for anything in particular...I said Snapple and she pointed to the cool up front...kudos to her for good customer service...
