I was given a number to call to reschedule by the service technician which was not answered. I was subsequently charged for a service I did not receive. I reached out to Washo's support email and received an initial response about rescheduling, but this was never followed through with on their end after me following up to the email thread multiple times within two weeks timeframe. I'm now having to do a chargeback with my credit card on the service charge and still, there is no response from washos. I received decent service from them the very first time I use them, but will not be returning after this experience. It is unfortunate. I do not leave one star reviews, unless there is a warranted reason, or if there's something I would like other people who are considering spending money with them to see. Hope this saves someone the trouble.

While the owner and employees were nice and helpful, the amount of money I spent to get my car detailed was not worth it due to the subpar cleaning of my car. I paid almost $180 total after tip for a complete interior detail ($117 - though I got a 15% discount for Labor Day) and a hand wash ($45). The interior still has dust in many areas, the cup holder still have some sticky residue in them, the center console is dirty, there is are large crumbs from chips and other food items between the seat and cup holder area, and they were unable to get some of the stains out of my passenger seat. The exterior glass toward the base of both of my front back windshield was completely neglected in some spots. Now my car was very dirty, and the work they did do is a big improvement to how my car looked. But again, for a $180 a expected a spotless interior and a well cleaned exterior. At the place I usually take my car to get detailed in Denton, it costs only $150 for a full interior and exterior detail, and the quality of work is MUCH better. I think this is partially why I am so disappointed. I didn't notice the lack of quality until after leaving the garage because of the dim lighting, so make sure to closely inspect your car for quality (maybe with your phones flashlight) before leaving. Just be aware that you might not get your money's worth if you decide to give this place your business.

When I arrived, John, the owner, led me to the washing area. He is one of the most kindhearted and genuine people I have ever met. He gave me confidence that my car was in good hands and would look beautiful after the detail. Shortly after, John drove me back to my residence in a beautiful courtesy car as part of the service. Throughout the day, he updated me on the progress and estimated cost for my detail, including progress photos. When my car was finished, John picked me up at my residence and drove me back to my car. I have never felt so important as a customer or received such great service. My car is now looking BEAUTIFUL as ever and it's all thanks to John and his team. I will be coming back regularly for washes.
