Got service scheduled quickly. Joey actually came to the house and took care of it and an additional window on our new storm door. Absolutely professional from the receptionist to the installer to the admin who called me for payment. The admin even told me using a debit card could avoid the credit upcharge. They ripped off the cord from my 3rd brake light and I had to get it replaced. I have video evidence. They have been contacted and they never called to resolve the issue and my tint is still terrible. The even scraped the auto defrost off my back windshield. Even skimped the back windshield by going over the light instead of covering the whole thing and I found out why when I went back there. Never going back. They kept my car for the entire day both times. Never was a priority to fix up the first mistake. Made the mistake of giving them a chance to do my tint, now I will have to pay someone else to get it done and hopefully the right way.
