Michelle has a variety of resume templates that are customized based on your experiences and type of job you are looking for. She reformatted my resume to make it easier to read. It made a HUGE difference & more recruiters started reaching out to me. As I started getting interviews, Michelle helped me simplify my answers so they are more understandable for non-tech people. When I ran into obstacles, Michelle taught me to maintain a positive mindset & remain patient with the process. Rejection is re-direction!! Amid the ongoing pandemic, I started my first job in the corporate world at home. This wasn't the ideal situation but Michelle tried to make my transition as smooth as possible. She is a great listener and always validates my thoughts. Other people I've spoken to about my work problems always gives me generic advice. But Michelle truly understands what I'm going through and gives me advice based my situation. She constantly reminds to be less harsh on myself & take things one step at a time :)

I can't rely 100% on my own limited experience. David Mitroff (the man in the picture) was extremely generous with his time over the phone. I told him abt a potentially risky sales contract I was considering. He took at least 20 minutes to go over with me how I can mitigate that risk and what I should do to prepare for negotiation. He did not have to do that. But he wanted to make sure I didn't get scr3w3d over. He didn't want to see me fail. For that reason, Piedmont Avenue will be the first place I come to once I'm ready for a deeper strategic conversation and more hands-on assistance. Will update once I have more to say. Thanks David!

We're now left with very little time to find a replacement and we'll probably lose a lot of money as a result of this surprise from them. Facts: we agreed to work together at the start of this year. They shared a portal for us to upload docs into. It took us a few weeks to get started uploading those docs but we're still within their purported time-frame in mid-February. We had some access issues that, for myself, they fixed; that was not fixed for my wife and we had to bug them several times in the last week before our scheduled tax prep meeting. They then reached out to me, saying that they can no longer work with us and that they'll delete all the files I uploaded to their vault. When I asked them why, they did not respond.
