This firm was highly recommended to me by a friend. I engaged them for some family estate planning and found them to be very difficult to work with. When I initially called to make an appt with the attorney my friend used, I was told someone would call me back to set up the appt. Five business days later, after never hearing from them, I called THEM back to schedule a meeting. After our initial meeting, we were handed off to Linda Kramer, who was quite rude and condescending, but at that point we had already paid the retainer and needed to get our documents done. It then took FOUR WEEKS to get the next appt scheduled with Linda. So much for timely customer service. I am a current "beneficiary" with this firm and from the 10 plus years working with this firm it has been the most horrible experience anybody could ever want to see their family and life long investment wither away. This firm is stupid expensive!!!!! You will get trapped in their elaborate billing... everything from having their assistants bill you at $300 an hour to make copies and pull stables. Then Linda walks in and charges $700 an hour. For the worst advice ever!!!! I have seen her office triple bill my parents for work that should have cost minimal for changes to the Trust. First Linda's assistant said very rude and incorrect remarks on the phone, which caused a lots of meetings and office visit. Unfortunately how they handle this situation when we called to complain... we got billed for the complaining time... then they re-billed my mom to get the job done right!!!! Crazy huh! Now that both of my parents have passed... it seems the horrible advice from this firm includes: eviction to beneficiaries, multiple calls with the police... and it doesn't seem like the Trust is being divided or followed as stated. This is the Trust that Linda Kramer created with my parents, yet... The Trustee doesn't seem to follow what was written or The Trustee is receiving very bad advice. So what benefit does Kramer Radin offices actually have? I haven't seen anybenefits from the thousands of dollars my parents wasted on this firm. Now 6 months after our parents pass... Linda refuses to issue updates of the Trust. She says "her clients" The Trustee of the Trust does all these evil and costly things all by themselves without her assistance. Which is weird, but also seems like the way you wanted it to happen, with the attitudes I've experiences with your office. All I want to know what is happening with the trust and why if the Trust hemorrhaging money not even 6 months after my parents passing? I called Linda myself and her advised to me is... You need to get another lawyer and call the police! Another Lawyer Linda??? I've already hired two lawyers to deal with you firm and yet another one to get any answers on what's happening? Well your big scam is up!!! I see how you suck people into your offices and suck them dry of monies with your billings of "Services" You don't do evictions? Your website says you do Trust Resolutions and Dispute Resolutions? Yet... "your client" tells me your advice was to have me evicted and you even handed her en eviction specialist. Besides the rude attitude from your office, the terrible legal advice and now your advice to me is call the police and hire another lawyer if you want answers what's happening with your Trust? I just do not see how you claim on your website you do all these amazing services? Yet, you... you have done nothing but cause problems and given terrible advice. In 2001, my husband and I set up a Trust through Linda Kramer. We paid the fees she asked for. 2004, we met with her daughter Deborah and made some amendments. Last year, a friend asked for recommendation and I told her about Kramer Radin. She got back to me several days later and told me that they were very expensive. 2019, I looked to them to update our Trust and Wills. And I found their prices are unreasonable. We had our trust completed by Linda Kramer, a few years ago. We were very pleased with her expertise, professionalism and she was highly recommended by our financial advisor. Over the years, things have changed and now we need to update our trust with some changes and updated information. We met with Deborah Kramer and we also found her to be extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and listened to us. She presented to us some different options along with scenarios to assist us in making a informed decision on our final changes to our trust. We find that their fees are reasonable and comparable to other law firms. Since I used to work for a large Corporate Law Firm this is familiar to me. This law firm was an expensive mistake. Much like Carol W's review here, I went through a serous issue where the billing seemed absolutely egregious and unethical to me. This firm wasted a large amount of my money and time, dumping them and moving to a new lawyer made all the difference. I later found an excellent lawyer who got far more done, far more results, for a FRACTION of the cost of these people. I really hope at least some of you can learn from my mistake and steer clear of this group. read more

I used Linda Kramer for my trust about 10 years ago and went back to Deborah Kramer Radin for an update. My experience was just awful. Very poor customer service from the first contact. 30 minute wait time after I arrived on time for my first meeting! No ability to ask questions by phone or have any communication between expensive appointments. The office staff took weeks to get back to me on simple questions. Very high fees for a simple update. I am so annoyed at the shoddy service I received that I am just dumping this firm and going elsewhere. Of course, their billing is extremely prompt - unlike everything else about Ms. Kramer Radin's practice. read more

When questions arose about Pennsylvania law, she immediately said she was not familiar with PA law, but would contact someone who was. ...Focused. Debra quickly examined all our documents to locate the several critical paragraphs. She knew just what she was looking for, then honed in on the exact wording to make the correct interpretation. ...Clear. Debra was able to interpret the legal documents in laymen's terms, and lay out a few strategies. ...Compassionate. But most of all, she is a very decent human being. We needed legal advice immediately. My elderly Mother had taken an unexpected turn for the worse. When Hospice of the Valley called her office on our behalf, she made time to see us the same day. She stayed well after closing time for strangers. She didn't have to. But, she understood the need for urgency. She also treated us with the utmost compassion in a difficult situation. I called Kramer Radin LLP on behalf of a mutual client with a question, and frankly I was treated very rudely by both the person who answered the phone and one of the paralegals. Being in a different state, my question was valid as each state can have slightly different requirements with regard to trusts. If I treated people that way, I wouldn't have clients for long. I suggest the partners of the firm advise their staff on proper manners and etiquette when dealing with people. We refer our clients to various estate planning attorneys, and unless their staff can deal with routine questions without the nastiness and a condescending tone of voice, it won't be to Kramer Radin. read more
