Kept telling me to ask the trustee, my aunt....and what if for a million reasons that's not possible..Shouldn't there be other options? At least tell me the jurisdiction so I can find it? Also took 6 days to finally get someone on the phone. Maybe have an assistant answering phones? Highly not recommend, they have caused me and my family a lot of pain over the years.
