I've been investigating this language school and I'm very intrigued. They offer both Spanish and…read moreGerman classes and your kids can begin as early as age 3! How amazing to seize the early window of language learning and give your child the gift of bi-lingual (or tri-lingual) capabilities! When I submitted an inquiry request online I didn't hear back right away but then I eventually got really awesome communication. I think my message was missed, but once it was found SpoLang made sure that they let me know they got my info request. It says on their website that kids need to be toilet trained before attending class. They have classes up to age 18. I haven't had my kids in this program but I've been in the inquiry process and they seemed really available to answer questions. I might just recommend giving them a call instead of using the online request form if you want answers right away. I wish I would have done something like this as a child so I could speak more confidently, so you will probably see me here soon!

We enrolled our daughter into Frau Barnes class hoping she would learn German since we have family…read moreliving in Germany and visit them often. She enjoyed it until she was utterly humiliated by Frau Barnes infront of other children when she had an accident. Our daughter was potty trained but just got carried away/didn't feel comfortable going at the time she was asked and had an unfortunate accident. She was hysterically crying when she was picked up and wouldn't settle for some time. She informed us that Frau Barnes spoke unkindly with her right in front of the other children and actually told her "you don't pee on my carpet!". Now my daughter has never heard that phrase from anyone in the family therefore I know for a fact that the satatement was not made up by our daughter (besides, English is her second language). Frau Barnes humiliated her to a point where she started hating that class and would not agree to return. Although, Frau Barnes states shes happy to accept kids 2 years and older I unfortunately don't agree (our daughter was 3 at the time).

Some feedback-- If you have a new student coming to learn a…read morenew skill, your staff should be more welcoming and introduce themselves. We walked in and had no idea what to do. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to approach us. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. I also wanted to take a photo for her dad who had to work and wasn't about to attend her first class and I was rudely and aggressively approached. I had no idea it wasn't allowed however it was apparently in the waivers but I missed that. You sign about 10 waivers. They also charged me a $25 fee because my card didn't go through. She claims she reached out to me multiple times about payment but she only said something ONE time after I questioned her about the fee. Also, the restroom situation is crazy to me. You have mamas in there with young children. Not allowed to use the bathroom. This company only cares about the money and not the students. Do yourself and more importantly your child a favor and go somewhere else.
