I don't like writing bad reviews, but this is a must. I am writing this review as a warning to…read moreparents. I should have known this would be a bad fit since the first day. The first day, I walked in and one of the staff was yelling at the kids like it was military school. The next week, another parent took my daughters shoes home, and my daughter was sent home without shoes. No apology. Multiple times my daughter came home with dirty underwear (as if they didn't wipe her butt) and a horrible red rash. Of the next couple of months, my daughter started becoming reluctant of going to school. Came to the point that every time we would leave to go there, she would start crying and saying she didn't like that school. I talked to her main care taker as well as wrote another email to the director of her behavior. There was no response from the director and one of the staff said she would try to help. A month ago they made my daughter eat lunch and spend half the day with a different class, none of which was brought to my knowledge till my daughter kept crying saying she didn't want to go to the 'big side'. I wrote yet another email to the director and she didn't apologize for anything. Just basically said that it was close to her moving. Every time I went to that school, the director was in her office, didn't bother to greet anyone, when I did see her in passing she acted stuck up. The directors set the tone of their staff, and it reflected horribly here. My daughter isn't the only one who would throw a tantrum in being dropped off either. When I gave my notice, the directors assistant was there and all she asked was if I was caught up in my payments. No apology or asking if something was wrong. Even wrote an email to the director and nothing... now my daughter goes to a new daycare, one week in and she LOVES it, every time we leave she says she likes it and gives them al hugs. When my oldest was there the lead at the time was never consistent and always gossiping with other parents while the children ran around. I know toddlers can get crazy but I felt there could have been more done. Fast forward to now and with a new lead and the director in the class, I am beyond impressed with the change. The children are engaged and communication is easy with the parent app. Drop off is easy and watching the children move around like an actual Montessori environment is amazing to see! My son attended this daycare and I was extremely disappointed. I had a couple high school friends…read morethat worked there at the time and really felt that my son was in good hands. However, there were many days my son would have bite marks, scratches etc. that seemed to come from other children but none of the staff had any knowledge of the cause of the marks. They kicked my son out who had just turned 2 at the time. They said that my sons energy level was out of control and that he needed a personal aide. A personal aide helps with a child with special needs. My child does not have special needs so this was extremely frustrating and insulting. They said he could continue to go there the following week if I got him one. I told the gal I was just going to pull him out and he wouldn't be returning. His motor skills were and still are advanced for his age. There was a push door in his classroom that lead outside into their parking lot that my son would push open and they claimed it had to remain unlocked in case of emergencies. Apparently my son was the only child they ever had this issue with and so he could no longer attend their daycare anymore because it became a safety issue. My son was always unhappy and could not wait to go home when I came to pick him up. He was getting a bad write up almost every other day. Long story short, I got my son into a new daycare a day later and he has been there for almost a year now. He has been doing nothing but thriving since and LOVES his teachers and always has something to show off to me when I get there to pick him up. I am so HAPPY I got him out of there when I did! I would recommend considering many more other daycare facilities before picking this one. It's their job to take care of children and they couldn't even handle my son. ONE CHILD! The gal I spoke to even made a comment about not wanting to lose any staff because my son pushed her employees to the edge almost to the verge of quitting. That is ridiculous! They have a small staff and lower numbers of children in each classroom, so its less stressful for the kids. In addition, they are the base level of a church, so they have a big basketball court for the kids to play in every day, regardless of weather-- they can run all over and play with ride-on toys. Their curriculum is fun for the kids and they've had wonderful, creative enrichment activities the whole time he has been there-- musicians come and play instruments, field trips, a week focused on camping where they set up a camp site in the gym with like 12 giant tents, a picnic table, and a fake fire. My son has gotten excited about letters and numbers, and he's a pretty rascally guy, one that's hard to get to stay focused. They've done a wonderful job with him, and they have a very relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The teachers are so positive, patient, kind, and consistent. I keep taking him there because he's so happy, even though I have to drive way out of my way. Highly recommended :).

They focus on their curriculum and do screening depending on your child's level of knowledge is where they decide what class level to put them in. My kids have advanced dramatically going to this preschool/daycare. Most importantly why I love this daycare is because they talk about God and have Bible studies and sing Christian songs and they love Jesus. When we drive by the daycare my kids say "Mama that's my favorite daycare!" They get super excited to go there and be their.
