When it came closer to needing daycare (August) and not hearing from them, I called to confirm arrangements. They said they didn't have availability and to check back next year! I told them I was on the waitlist list since last summer. Their excuse was other moms who have children there take precedence. What really likely happened is they lost the list in their relocation and never admitted to it. Fast forward, I follow up in the fall, the new year, and again I called back in the summer and I asked what place I was in line and the gave me a number that was way further down then what I started with. Never did hear from them. Disorganized, irresponsible and unprofessional.

To start off I have never known that kids could be dripped off at daycare and not cry when they go. My 2 year old granddaughter has never cried and willingly goes in on her own. I love getting photos or videos during the day through the app as well. Such a neat feature! They show what things they are working on so I can continue to ask and with her at home. They check the kids in at the door taking temperature and wearing a mask to keep things as safe as possible. All the teachers and leaders there seem happy and are so loving to the kids. You can tell they actually love kids and enjoy being there! No wonder my granddaughter loves to go. I love to go and interact with them as well! Jamie in particular is always so engaging and caring, always wearing a smile! She genuinely cares and listens. You just feel blessed to be around her even if it's for a short time. Cassie and her staff are incredible- not only do they keep you up to date on how your child is adjusting, they actually take the time to learn your child's personality and bond with them. They do art projects with the children and I can honestly say now that our son is with children his own age, he has learned so many new skills. In addition, they are the base level of a church, so they have a big basketball court for the kids to play in every day, regardless of weather-- they can run all over and play with ride-on toys. Their curriculum is fun for the kids and they've had wonderful, creative enrichment activities the whole time he has been there-- musicians come and play instruments, field trips, a week focused on camping where they set up a camp site in the gym with like 12 giant tents, a picnic table, and a fake fire. My son has gotten excited about letters and numbers, and he's a pretty rascally guy, one that's hard to get to stay focused. They've done a wonderful job with him, and they have a very relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The teachers are so positive, patient, kind, and consistent. I keep taking him there because he's so happy, even though I have to drive way out of my way. Highly recommended :).

My kids have advanced dramatically going to this preschool/daycare. When we drive by the daycare my kids say "Mama that's my favorite daycare!" They get super excited to go there and be their. My son attended this daycare and I was extremely disappointed. I had a couple high school friends…read morethat worked there at the time and really felt that my son was in good hands. However, there were many days my son would have bite marks, scratches etc. that seemed to come from other children but none of the staff had any knowledge of the cause of the marks. They kicked my son out who had just turned 2 at the time. They said that my sons energy level was out of control and that he needed a personal aide. A personal aide helps with a child with special needs. My child does not have special needs so this was extremely frustrating and insulting. They said he could continue to go there the following week if I got him one. I told the gal I was just going to pull him out and he wouldn't be returning. His motor skills were and still are advanced for his age. There was a push door in his classroom that lead outside into their parking lot that my son would push open and they claimed it had to remain unlocked in case of emergencies. Apparently my son was the only child they ever had this issue with and so he could no longer attend their daycare anymore because it became a safety issue. My son was always unhappy and could not wait to go home when I came to pick him up. He was getting a bad write up almost every other day. Long story short, I got my son into a new daycare a day later and he has been there for almost a year now. He has been doing nothing but thriving since and LOVES his teachers and always has something to show off to me when I get there to pick him up. I am so HAPPY I got him out of there when I did! I would recommend considering many more other daycare facilities before picking this one. It's their job to take care of children and they couldn't even handle my son. ONE CHILD! The gal I spoke to even made a comment about not wanting to lose any staff because my son pushed her employees to the edge almost to the verge of quitting. That is ridiculous! Do not work with children if you can't handle them!

When I contacted Stephanie, the director, she reassured me that she was changed twice that day and used her old diapers she had lingering over there. 1- she just started using pull-ups and 2- we always brought diapers there and I packed diapers. I am disappointed that they lied to me! If you have to deal with anyone there, talk with Melanie, she's always professional and honest with you!
