Alethia communicated clearly with us at every step and her remarkable technicians saved our trip. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and helpful. Kudos to the entire team. I stopped by Wednesday morning as we were proceeding out of town with a noise within the engine compartment. Diana (customer service lead) quickly made arrangements for a technician (Bryce sp?) to take a quick ride and troubleshoot the noise. He quickly identified it was coming from near the transmission. The service dept was able to perform a full diagnostic later that day to determine it was a faulty starter Bendix gear. The replacement starter was several days out from delivery. I worked with Diana to expedite the part for a much quicker delivery. The part arrived on Friday morning and I was notified that they will fit me into the schedule for that day for the replacement. It was done by 1:00 p.m. that afternoon. We were soon on our way after that. I would like to thank Diana, Bryce, Alethea, and most likely the shop Foreman for getting us The truck repaired and underway much sooner than anticipated. I would highly recommend Humboldt Ford to anyone needing service on their vehicles.

They gave me their fax number so we called our insurance company and gave them all the info they needed. They called Fast Glass and confirmed the info they needed. We got to Fast Glass and made an appointment the next day. The crack was traveling pretty fast across the windshield. We were very happy that our insurance company and Fast Glass were so quick to respond and helped us out in an emergency. Great job Fast Glass!

I'll spare you the details of how this happened and a long review, but I took a couple rocks to the windshield and got two chips! THANK YOU to the nameless trucker headed in the opposite direction. One of the locals told me go to Fast Glass so that's what I did, thankfully "I Guess" the two chips weren't too deep so they were able to repair them. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/fast-glass-inc-winnemucca#Glk4ElR3gleIVXa9ks5Gbw http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/fast-glass-inc-winnemucca#SN0obBPw5dMgqLSpSXA_AQ I was first one there NO waiting and he got right on my car, basically they drill out the hole just through the top layer of glass to make things clean, they put on that little suction tool, then squeeze some resin, it dries pretty quickly they clean things off and you're on your way!. End result 10/15 Minutes later all you see are two small spots but I think that's because I know where to look, at least it shouldn't spread, which is why I had it done up there instead of waiting until I came home. First Chip $25.00 + Additional Chip $10.00 = $35.00 Beats buying a new windshield.
