I had been a customer with this Pennzoil location off and on over the years…read more When I had taken my Jeep in to be serviced, the owner ordered a fan belt that was seriously needed. After a few days, I received a call in the morning, from the owner himself, that my fan belt had arrived and they could install it that afternoon. When I show up and walk into the business, there's nobody in the office itself. I stand there and wait, nobody shows. I tried calling and nobody answered the phone. I look around and see the owner sitting behind a vehicle in the shop. His wife sees me and I ask if I can please speak to him. She responds to me, walks away, I wait and he never appears. I looked into the shop and saw one of the sliding doors open. I go outside around the back and start talking to the owner through the bottom of the door, he wouldn't answer me. I was stunned. I have never had any issues with this business until that day. When I showed up, it was around 12:30. If you're on lunch, which I'm figuring he probably was and you don't want to be bothered, then lock the office door, put a sign in the window stating you're out to lunch and will be back at a certain time. Then, put your phone on voicemail if you don't want to answer during this time. Many businesses do this. It's not hard. After the way I was ignored and especially after the significant amount of money I have spent there over the years, sadly, I will never patronize this establishment again.

They nearly blew up my RV motorhome. I knew I had at least 15 more gallons room in my tank but the pump stopped. I went inside and asked for help. Their attendant came out and did not tell me that severe incline of that gas station prevents me from filling up my tank (they should not permit stations on such big incline to begin with), instead he kept pumping in short bursts before pump would shut off, forcing more gas into the tank which was spilling over underneath. He had me move to the next pump, which was on even more severe incline and he kept trying to pump again. The gas was coming out, he finally said he saw gas coming out. He said my motorhome fuel gauge was broken when I mentioned that there's 15 gallons room left not just based on gauge but based on mileage driven too. Then he pointed at the stream of gasoline pouring out from out of somewhere under the back of my motorhome. It was terrifying. I had to crawl under the RV toward that gas poodle because he kept saying my RV was broken, but the stream stopped after at least 1.5 gallons leaked out in that spot alone not to mention he had gas all over the back side of the RV where the gas fill cap was. Asked me to move to a different pump, while there was a puddle of gas under the RV and underneath it was all soaked in gasoline, it could have all exploded. I was terrified my RV was damaged and fuel line or gauge was busted, while I was traveling cross country. After gas stopped leaking, I left the station and drove around instead of trying another of their awful pumps. I had washed underneath my RV at the car wash to get rid of any gasoline. Finally, I tried a normal gas station on the flat level ground, and 15 gallons went into my tank without a problem: my fuel gauge was fine. You will never get even close to filling up your tank at this station because of bad incline. On my way back I'd stopped by and told them that the real reason was the incline and not damaged fuel gauge - in response they got nasty and accusatory right away (turned out they know what's going on but don't warn customers), especially when I politely suggested to warn customers with a sticker or something and said that their attendant should not kept pumping, they yelled at me in response and started threatening. I've been completely shaken by the experience as I thought my RV was broken, would leak all gas out or would explode with me next to it, because of their negligent operation. They did not followed any safety procedures when that big poodle of gas leaked they just told me to start the RV soaked in gasoline and move it to another pump, I will not leave this alone.

I don't take the time to write reviews unless someone consistently delivers at a high level, and…read moreTate and the team at NorCal Wraps & Tint have earned that over and over again. I stay busy and go through anywhere from 10 to 30 cars a year. That ranges from regular daily drivers all the way up to cars well over 400k. One thing I've learned the hard way is that tint is not about the product, it's about the installer. You can have the best film in the world and still get a bad result if the install isn't right. These guys understand that at a high level. Most dealerships won't tint the front windshield, and that's a must for me. I always go with 3M Crystalline for heat rejection and clarity. Instead of wasting time coordinating schedules, I just text Tate. No back and forth, no headaches. They pick up the car, do their work, and drop it back exactly where it was. I'll be out of town, come back, and the cars are sitting right where I left them with the keys placed safely and everything handled professionally. That level of trust is rare. I've been working with them for over four years now, and they've touched a lot of my cars. Not once have I had to chase them down, worry about quality, or question the work. The shop itself is dialed in, but what stands out more is the people. They're young, they're hungry, they're competitive with pricing, and they care about what they're doing. That combination is hard to find. Another thing most people wouldn't think about is handling the cars themselves. My driveway has a steep 20 percent plus grade, and these guys handle getting cars in and out without hesitation. That alone tells you they're comfortable, experienced, and respectful with high-value vehicles. I've trusted them with everything from lower-priced cars to high-dollar builds, and they've treated every single one the same. That says a lot about their standards. At the end of the day, I trust them, and I keep going back. That should tell you everything you need to know. If you want it done right the first time and don't want to deal with nonsense, call them.
