Super helpful. Immediately diagnosed the issue with my car and helped find a place that could fix it next day.

I had been a customer with this Pennzoil location off and on over the years…read more When I had taken my Jeep in to be serviced, the owner ordered a fan belt that was seriously needed. After a few days, I received a call in the morning, from the owner himself, that my fan belt had arrived and they could install it that afternoon. When I show up and walk into the business, there's nobody in the office itself. I stand there and wait, nobody shows. I tried calling and nobody answered the phone. I look around and see the owner sitting behind a vehicle in the shop. His wife sees me and I ask if I can please speak to him. She responds to me, walks away, I wait and he never appears. I looked into the shop and saw one of the sliding doors open. I go outside around the back and start talking to the owner through the bottom of the door, he wouldn't answer me. I was stunned. I have never had any issues with this business until that day. When I showed up, it was around 12:30. If you're on lunch, which I'm figuring he probably was and you don't want to be bothered, then lock the office door, put a sign in the window stating you're out to lunch and will be back at a certain time. Then, put your phone on voicemail if you don't want to answer during this time. Many businesses do this. It's not hard. After the way I was ignored and especially after the significant amount of money I have spent there over the years, sadly, I will never patronize this establishment again.

After getting a sidewall flat on our 4WD vehicle, we stopped here and had two new tires installed…read more(matching tires on the same axle is a requirement for best handling). We started home towards CA the next day and the truck just would not handle, it was all over the road. I had to slow down to 45 MPH on I-80 just to feel like I had control. I thought that perhaps we possibly should have replaced all four tires; I felt that must have been the problem. So we stopped at the Walmart in Sparks and had two more new tires installed. I told the installer there what was going on and he said two different types of tires may have had something to do with it but he doubted it. Just for the purposes of uniformity, he checked the two rear tires installed in Winnemucca when he checked the pressure in the two he put on in front. Those two tires were inflated to nearly 60 lbs! Its no wonder the truck was all over the road. It was like driving on two balloons in the back. Recommended pressure was 35 lbs. After that, it drove as it was supposed to. I'm not sure what possessed the tech to put that much air in the tires. We were lucky we did not lose control or have a blowout.

Went there for an oil change early Wednesday morning 8am. We wanted Mobil 1 full synthetic oil…read more The young man said Mobil 1 was not full synthetic and that we needed a high mileage type oil. So 54,000 miles is high mileage that`s a new one on me. He did not want to put in the 10/30 because in his opinion, it was not full synthetic as we asked for. My wife showed him the receipt from the last Walmart, then he claimed the Walmart in Pahrump Nv under charged us, and there was a Big Deal about that. The young man was slow especally considering there were no other customers. He was arguemenative, aragent and was not nearly as knowledgable as he should have been. We were traveling and own an automotive business. The young man should not be opening this shop on his own without some sort of experienced supervision. The oil change was compleated and we continued on our trip.

Alethia communicated clearly with us at every step and her remarkable technicians saved our trip. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and helpful. Kudos to the entire team. I have worked with numerous dealerships and private garages over the years and nobody even comes close to the level of service. I'm so glad I discovered them.

Lincoln roadside assistance was no help so I called Humboldt Ford crying not knowing what to do and they told me they would squeeze me in the next day to try to help me out! This all happened at around 4pm Friday of Memorial Day weekend! I was able to limp the car back to Winnemucca (45 min drive) and get it to them when they opened the next morning! They had a full booked calendar of appointments that day but fit me in and figured out the problem! The whole building is beautiful (weird to say about a service center but it's true!) and every single person working there I spoke to was amazing! Dan in service is who helped me out when I got there and called me right away when they knew what was going on! I can't say enough good things about Humboldt Ford and their service! It was the only highlight of going thru this fiasco! :) I would drive 6.5 hours to buy a vehicle from them any day!
