I stopped by Wednesday morning as we were proceeding out of town with a noise within the engine compartment. Diana (customer service lead) quickly made arrangements for a technician (Bryce sp?) to take a quick ride and troubleshoot the noise. He quickly identified it was coming from near the transmission. The service dept was able to perform a full diagnostic later that day to determine it was a faulty starter Bendix gear. The replacement starter was several days out from delivery. I worked with Diana to expedite the part for a much quicker delivery. The part arrived on Friday morning and I was notified that they will fit me into the schedule for that day for the replacement. It was done by 1:00 p.m. that afternoon. We were soon on our way after that. I would like to thank Diana, Bryce, Alethea, and most likely the shop Foreman for getting us The truck repaired and underway much sooner than anticipated. I would highly recommend Humboldt Ford to anyone needing service on their vehicles.

They gave me their fax number so we called our insurance company and gave them all the info they needed. They called Fast Glass and confirmed the info they needed. We got to Fast Glass and made an appointment the next day. The crack was traveling pretty fast across the windshield. I'll spare you the details of how this happened and a long review, but I took a couple rocks to the windshield and got two chips! THANK YOU to the nameless trucker headed in the opposite direction. First Chip $25.00 + Additional Chip $10.00 = $35.00 Beats buying a new windshield.

I needed to have the rear bumper secured enough to get me home safely. Marty took my car into the shop immediately and not only repaired the loose bumper, took the tire off to fix the mudflap. I reached out to them for a refund on the part, labor, or both given that most shops have a warranty on both of these things. After calling them multiple times, they finally gave me a small refund on the thermostat, nothing close to what they charged me for it. But they gave me a hard time and didn't refund me on anything else. I am extremely dissatisfied with their work and would not recommend it to anyone.
