I appreciate that when my cars have issues they get to the bottom of the issue(literally), they get into it & solve the problem. I've learned that regular maintenance is a must & they take care of that too. Preventitive work makes for longer lasting car. My family has even had a car issue & the guys came to the house & fixed on the spot. Also, Vehicle terminology is like reading a foreign language. So I ask the guys & they are more than willing to explain the details I don't understand. My only advice is be patient because they do have your safety in mind, I talk with the owner & he makes me feel at ease knowing that when it's ready, its ready.

Usually oil/auto shops won't let you go in where they are working and don't have time to explain to you but this place does! I love that since then I know they are working on what needs to be done. I had to have it towed the 75 miles into Winnemucca. I had to pack a bag because I had no idea when the truck would be fixed. When we arrived at the shop with the truck I was told by Lee, the manager he would TRY and have someone look at it that day or in the morning. I checked into a Hotel, not knowing how long we would be stuck there, and within 3 hours I received a call from Lee saying the truck was ready to be picked up! I was amazed, and so happy. We checked out of the hotel and had the shuttle take us back to Bosch repair shop. Yes it cost a lot of money, BUT it was such great service, money well spent and both my husband and I was able to take the long drive back to Kings River in the truck that I thought would be sitting in some shop not knowing when it could be fixed. So to make the story have a good ending, I recommend Bosch auto repair to anyone who wants good service, Lee was wonderful and I will always be great full for the fast service he gave us. I stopped by Wednesday morning as we were proceeding out of town with a noise within the engine compartment. Diana (customer service lead) quickly made arrangements for a technician (Bryce sp?) to take a quick ride and troubleshoot the noise. He quickly identified it was coming from near the transmission. The service dept was able to perform a full diagnostic later that day to determine it was a faulty starter Bendix gear. The replacement starter was several days out from delivery. I worked with Diana to expedite the part for a much quicker delivery. The part arrived on Friday morning and I was notified that they will fit me into the schedule for that day for the replacement. It was done by 1:00 p.m. that afternoon. We were soon on our way after that. I would like to thank Diana, Bryce, Alethea, and most likely the shop Foreman for getting us The truck repaired and underway much sooner than anticipated.
