VNG ELECTRIC came and saved the day. I had a major electrical issue at my elderly mother house. I…read morelive in a totally different state. My mother called me in the middle of the night and told me her AC stopped working. My mother being old can not live without AC. I reached out a few electrical companies and no one answered or told me that they would be there in the morning. I called VNG ELECTRIC and explained my situation. Joe from VNG ELECTRIC, came out in the middle of the night and fix what needed to be fixed. He even stopped by and checked in on my mother for the next few days to make sure everything was working. I couldn't begin to thank him especially for checking in on my mother. My go-to company from this moment on. Unbelievably respectful and a complete gentleman. Thanks again and I can not begin to thank you Maria

He didn't just leave and say good luck your on your own, he meet with the inspector and went over everything. Most guys would have left! Second job was for electric for our Tesla. Joe not only did a great job, but selected a better place to put it that was out of the way and worked both pulled in or backed in. I highly recommend Joe and his crew. And I am sure I will find something in the future for him to work on.

Luxe Nail Spa & Lashes - The design I wanted. Simple enough right?

I was a walk in and was greeted at the door. I was immediately seated for my pedicure and was introduced to my tech. Immediately I knew this was going to go wrong. The pedicure was mediocre at best. Although he did a decent job with the polish. It being a week before thanksgiving, I had a specific design in mind for my manicure. I showed a picture and asked if he could do it before he started. I was guaranteed a yes. The manicure was ok. My problem started as soon as he started polishing. I tried to explain but his English was limited. Another nail tech came over and explained what was needed. He still did not do it. The pictures I uploaded are of the base coat. The first picture is of the design I wanted. Do you see how sloppy and uneven it is? The polish doesn't even extend to the tip of my nail. As soon as I saw this, I asked for the top coat so this can be over. Now for the kicker. The same tech who came over to explain what I wanted took my payment. She asked if I wanted her partner to "fix" my manicure as she saw I didn't get what I wanted. By then I was over it. I said no thanks, just the check please. She continued on explaining that next time I should make an appointment. How he (referring to my nail tech) doesn't know much. I looked at her, confused. Why would a business have someone who is inexperienced or "don't know much" assist a customer who is paying for a service? I was so baffled. I tipped my tech and left. Never ever again.

Horribly unprofessional I booked this groomer regularly and…read moreyesterday they were confirmed to arrive at our house at 2pm. After notifying me they were arriving 15 minutes early they encountered a road block from some road work that was easily rounded by using the detour. They texted me at 1:46, not called TEXTED me and when I didn't answer by 1:52 because I was with my kids they notified me VIA TEXT that they were going to the next appointment and skipping us. At 1:53 I saw my phone and called and they refused to come to our home even though I provided information on how to navigate the detour. They said they'd come back on Sunday and groom the dogs since they missed up Saturday. Sunday night when they never came by I texted and received this answer "no find someone else" ?! Horribly unprofessional and unkind.

I've been trying to get my guys an appointment for about 3 1/2 weeks now. Unfortunately, instead of…read morethe friendly responses, usually with multiple availabilities, all I've gotten is "sorry, we're booked" or "sorry, no availability" with an updated pricing list for dogs that are not only aggressive but also senile or sick; seriously? My guys are 14 and 16 1/2. One has heart disease and the older one has difficulty standing...because he's 16 1/2. I told her at the 1st appointment not to even bother messing with their teeth or trying to brush them because they both have dental disease and I apply spray and gel to their teeth myself. She always tried to apply the gel or spray anyway. If they gave her a hard time, that was her decision because shed already been told not to. They are less and less tolerant of having their nails trimmed, for several reasons. I was aware she was having difficulty doing their nails by the way she was speaking to me after their last visit but I brushed it off as her just being tired or whatever. If you work with animals in any capacity, especially as a groomer or as a vet tech (which I did my entire adult life until I became disabled a few years ago) then you know 99% of dogs and cats despise having their feet touched, let alone their nails trimmed. As someone who also had my own dog training business, if you can't or dont want to work with a client and their pet anymore, for whatever reason, then you find a professional way to TELL THEM. You dont ignore them and give them the runaround, especially when they've been a loyal client who's given you a fantastic review on Yelp. Im going back to taking my boys to their previous groomer who is at a pet hospital. I liked the mobile grooming because im disabled and driving is dang near impossible for me but I guess I have no choice now. We were always friendly towards eachother and she was always sending pictures throughout their grooming sessions, then its literally like she got tired of them. All she had to do was say she didn't want to groom my dogs anymore but she decided to go about it in the most unprofessional way. I really liked her grooming skills and found her prices very reasonable, especially since she was a mobile groomer. I wish she had talked to me about issues she may have been having with my dogs... or any dogs for that matter. Im a certified dog trainer and, as I said, worked as a vet tech; I could've given her some helpful advice on how to handle cats and dogs she might find difficult for a variety of reasons. It's her business to run as she pleases though. Even with all this said, I'd still say give her a chance, my old men always looked great after their time with her ‍. Hopefully going forward, she'll be more upfront and professional.
