I called DB about getting them installed and they sounded respectful and professional; however, the professional aspect ended up lacking... I was given a product that was poorly installed, due to what I felt like was just not caring enough and possibly being rushed as there was only one person in the shop to work on this for me. I was told that "it was the best that he could do," yet a couple of the new flaps looked good, and the others looked terrible. Not only that, but I've seen many videos of these being properly installed on the same style of truck. Considering the money that was spent and the blatant lie and lack of care, I would highly recommend going anywhere else.

But I've been back several times since. They are more personable because they are a smaller shop. Yes it may take a little longer, but that is because they are busy and there is a reason for that. I never feel like a number there, they explain repairs and handle themselves with kindness towards me and my family who also choose them. My son says he will never take his car anywhere else for repairs. The quality of work is second to none and my cars always look great after repairs!

We all looked at, figured out what we needed to get to texas. Got the problem fixed and we were back on the road in an hour. We didn't completely fix whatever is wrong with the vehicle, but the staff and owner were not tryna bullsh*t us. Plain and simple, you got a problem, they can fix it, no bs. They even gave us the rest of the coolant and water they used to top off the radiator so we could make it to texas. Really great experience. I had a new truck with less than 3000 miles on it got a chip in it. Took it to pace to get it…read morerepaired and they made it far worse. Sent a new guy to work on it and he turned it from less than a dime size to about 6-8 inches long. The "repair " was not changed to me due to this, however I am now driving a new truck with a huge crack on it due to them not repairing it correctly.
