The girl and I drove from st.louis to new Braunfels TX and the car decided it wouldn't stop overheating. Called these guys, had me drive up in the shop. We all looked at, figured out what we needed to get to texas. Got the problem fixed and we were back on the road in an hour. We didn't completely fix whatever is wrong with the vehicle, but the staff and owner were not tryna bullsh*t us. Plain and simple, you got a problem, they can fix it, no bs. They even gave us the rest of the coolant and water they used to top off the radiator so we could make it to texas. Really great experience. Im from Dallas TX and drove down to see my father in law in Prescott. While driving back home my truck started shimmying and wouldnt go when giving it gas. After looking up several repair shops I settled on Reeses, largely bc of the yelp reviews. Man am I glad I did. They diagnosed my issue very quickly knowing I was from out of town and were very easy to talk to. Plus they are very honest and reasonably priced. Since then I have had my father n law take his vehicle there and we recieves the same courteous and efficient service as I had with my truck the first time. I dont trust most mechanics but Ill drive the 4 hrs it takes to get great service and not get ripped off. read more

My car broke down in Prescott, Arkansas and was able to turn it on and drive it to Hope to get it fixed. I was driving from El Paso to New York. Broke down in Hope, Arkansas on a Sunday and picked a tow truck repair from reviews. Reese did not disappoint. He arrived quickly, got us situated in a motel and told us our truck would be first in line so we could get back on the road. He was true to his word. After replacing the alternator and fixing a tire he had us in the road before 10am. We were pleasantly surprised by the price. I would recommend to hometown and travelers alike. read more

Yesterday, I went here to Hope Arkansas' Reese's to have struts put on my vehicle, and one worker told me that it would be best to get them done today or tomorrow, because they would be off for vacation until July 14. It was already late, so I told him I would come tomorrow morning. He ordered my struts/ put them on hold at the local Auto Zone, and I went to pick them up and pay for them the very same day ($100). (This worker who helped me, and the ridiculous 'you have to give at least one star' setting, is the only reason this business got ONE star for the rating.) I asked them what the labor cost would be. The total was $100, which was reasonable, because other places charged $180-$300. I even called after I left to ask them do they set appointments, or is it a walk-in kind of shop. He said that I could just come up there. I told them I would be coming tomorrow morning, not afternoon (I live out of town, and had to work that evening.) He said ok, and I traveled home. I woke up early to go back to Hope to get my struts put on. They were working on cars, but a man, who I believe to be the owner, came out and asked what I needed. I told him, "I'm here to get my struts put on." He said, "I think I will have to pass on that- we're short handed." Really? After all the gas and time I put into this? One of the workers even had my contact information! A simple call would've been appreciated. They won't be hearing from me anymore, and I would not recommend anyone to go here. read more
