What a fantastic experience! We were a long way from home and the old car was acting up. Had…read morestopped along the way and another recommended mechanic told us a tune up was likely needed. But the way the car was designed it would take hours to exchange the plugs. The chugging just got worse and worse so we decided to fix before trip back to Austin. Went to another place first and they were too busy. So the tech told me where he use to take his cars. EN auto really did it up right. They took time to diagnose the problem that wasn't showing up on the diagnostic tool. A tune up would not have fixed it. Replaced only what was required. And since he could not find a ride for me back to the hotel,he gave me a loaner so I wouldn't miss my sons baseball game! It wasn't cheap, but not unfair especially for the time it required, not having an appointment and getting a loaner too. Too bad I don't live around here. I would have a new mechanic!

We told Wayne our issue and he was more than happy to figure out the cause of the problem. I recommended both automotive shops (both within 10 mins of each other) Thanks Wayne / Pro 1 for the help. Papa bless

10/10 - Highly Recommend Trevin at High Performance!…read more I can't say enough good things about Trevin M. from High Performance. My 2003 Toyota Camry had a broken bolt on the tension assembly that made changing the alternator drive belt a nightmare. I had pretty much washed my hands with the car and figured it was a lost cause--but I decided to give Trevin a shot. He came out to my house, worked hard, and really knew what he was doing. He ended up having to pull the alternator and drill out the broken bolt that was still threaded in there. Not an easy job, but he handled it like a pro. Trevin was knowledgeable, personable, and didn't give up when most would've. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about getting things done right. I'd definitely call High Performance again for any of my vehicle needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality work. Thanks again, Trevin - 10 out of 10 for sure!

Claimed a $100 rise in water pump costs!? A DEALER quoted me only $791 for same work. Then when I said no, they tried to charge me $100 for a diagnostic!? That means they hooked up their OBD II Scanner and got the code and claimed that it read codes for routine mainenance of water pump and timing belt. Ridiculous! Codes don't tell when it's time for routine maintenance, and Autozone reads this same info FOR FREE!? They get 1 star from me because there's no option for zero stars!

The seat was working fine when dropped off both electrically & manually but when picked-up it wasn't working at all. The car was in/on their premises the entire month they had it but yet they denied it being their fault. Someone had to have known what happened to the seat because the seat molding was cracked where they tried to force it back into position but couldn't. Spoke to mechanic that stated no work was done in the seating area then went to get Blake who came & looked it over then said it could be left to be checked out. I was afraid to leave it again; no telling what would happen to it the 2nd time around; also felt that the charges/fees were to high. So now the car has to go in for seat repairs but it won't be taken to Forza!!!

Without any real knowledge of the area or where to get the car repaired we ended up at Shelby's Service Center. This is around 3pm and they figured out that the ac compressor was causing the engine to shake uncontrollably till it felt like it was about to stall. They told me they could stop the shaking but we'd be without A/c the rest of the trip. I they gave a quote for the repair and and said they would get us back on the roads. The first 2 compressors they installed didn't work properly so the owner drove and Personally picked up the last compressor for our car they knew of in the city. Long story short we had a rough afternoon but somehow we landed at a place that valued our business and were very friendly. They stayed 2 hours after hours just to get us back on the road and if I had more ways to thank them I would.
